Subject: QUOTATION FOR HIRE OF DIESEL GENERATOR

Dear Sir,
Many thanks for your valued inquiry about Hire of Diesel Generators and we are pleased to extend our best offer as
under.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The generators are delivered after providing the following:

a. Confirmed LPO from your Office with security cheque of one month payment
b. CR Copy, ID Copy of the signatory
c. Signed Rental Agreement (Shall be provided on confirmation)
2. Customer shall be responsible for any damages due to misuse or applying excessive load than generator set capacity. MEW
shall carry out preventive maintenance at every 300 hours of operation. Oil and Filters shall be provided by MEW.
3. MEW will not be responsible for the troubleshooting of customers other equipment & other installations at site.
4. Rental date will start from the date of delivery from our premises until termination of contract. MEW will charge the rent of
generators until the termination of contract or major failure of generator due to manufacturing defect only.
5. Termination of above contract shall be through a written communication only.
6. At the time of returning of units customer is requested to inform MEW in advance otherwise termination will be effective upon
return of generators at our premises in Industrial Area, Doha, Qatar.
7. When requested to provide mobilization / demobilization of the unit. MEW should be informed 48 hours in advance.
8. In the case of restricted access, the customer will arrange gate pass for routine maintenance or for any technical/emergency
assistance (if required).
9. Customer will be responsible for the safety and security of the equipment; all risk insurance will be customer responsibility for
as long as these units are on site and during transportation to and fro. (Fire, theft, vandalism, accidents).
10. Your approval below will represent the signed contract between MEW & your company. Your rental purchase order should be
received by MEW before dispatch / collection of equipment.
