I accomplished providing all the basic care for my patient. I based my care off of what each of my patients
needed.

Meghan these last 6 weeks flew by fast! During this clinical experience you were able to demonstrate accurate
patient assessment skills to each of your patients^ You demonstrated accountability and responsibility for your
own actions and attitude during clinical. During clinical you participated in all clinical experiences and always
took the initiative to help and learn more during your clinical experience. You identified and provided safety for
your patient who was experiencing a seizure. lwish you much success in vour nursinq career!
