bestalignmenttobemagneticnorth,contrarytothealignmentoftheGreatPyramid.
ThisleadsmetobelievetheGreatPyramidwasbuiltatatimewhentheearthsfieldwasalignedtothepolaraxis.Itisnot

However,ourreviewofavailabledocumentationandinterviewswithagencyofficialsidentifiedhundredsoftests
andexperimentsinwhichhundredsofthousandsofpeoplewereusedassubjects.Someofthesetestsand
experimentsinvolvedtheintentionalexposureofpeopletohazardoussubstancessuchasradiation,blisterand
nerveagents,biologicalagents,LSD,andphencyclidine(PCP).Thesetestsandexperimentswereconductedto
supportweapondevelopmentprograms,identifymethodstoprotectthehealthofmilitarypersonnelagainsta

Thelargestknowntestprogramwastheatmosphericnucleartestprogramconductedfrom1945to1962.The
purposeofthisprogramwastodevelopweaponsandtogainabetterunderstandingofthetacticaleffecton
troops.Overthis17yearperiod,approximately210,000DODaffiliatedpersonnel,includingcivilianemployeesof
DODcontractors,scientists,technicians,maneuverandtrainingtroops,andsupportpersonnel,participatedin235

Eachdiscisclaimedtomeasureupto1foot(30cm)indiameterandcarrytwogrooves,originatingfromaholeintheircenter,
intheformofadoublespiral.Thehieroglyphlikemarkingsaresaidtobefoundinthesegrooves.Thefewpictureswehave
theDropaStonesareidenticaltowhatarecalledBiDiscs,whichareknownartifactsthatarepartoftheChineseculture
(aboveright).
In1938,anarcheologicalexpeditionledbyDr.ChiPuTeiintotheBaianKaraUlamountainsofChinamadeanastonishing
discoveryinsomecavesthathadapparentlybeenoccupiedbysomeancientculture.Buriedinthedustofagesonthecave
floorwerehundredsofstonedisks.
Measuringaboutnineinchesindiameter,eachhadacirclecutintothecenterandwasetchedwithaspiralgroove,makingit
lookforalltheworldlikesomeancientphonographrecordsome10,000to12,000yearsold.Thespiralgroove,itturnsout,is
actuallycomposedoftinyhieroglyphicsthattelltheincrediblestoryofspaceshipsfromsomedistantworldthatcrashlanded
inthemountains.
TheshipswerepilotedbypeoplewhocalledthemselvestheDropa,andtheremainsofwhosedescendents,possibly,were
foundinthecave.
6.TheIcaStones
Beginninginthe1930s,thefatherofDr.JavierCabrera,CulturalAnthropologistforIca,Peru,discoveredmanyhundredsof
ceremonialburialstonesinthetombsoftheancientIncas.
Dr.Cabrera,carryingonhisfatherswork,hascollectedmorethan1,100oftheseandesitestones,whichareestimatedtobe
between500and1,500yearsoldandhavebecomeknowncollectivelyastheIcaStones.Thestonesbearetchings,manyof
whicharesexuallygraphic(whichwascommontotheculture),somepictureidolsandothersdepictsuchpracticesasopen
heartsurgeryandbraintransplants.
Themostastonishingetchings,however,clearlyrepresentdinosaursbrontosaurs,triceratops(seephoto),stegosaurusand
pterosaurs.WhileskepticsconsidertheIcaStonesahoax,theirauthenticityhasneitherbeenprovedordisproved.
7.TheCosoArtifact
WhilemineralhuntinginthemountainsofCalifornianearOlanchaduringthewinterof1961,WallaceLane,VirginiaMaxey
andMikeMikesellfoundarock,amongmanyothers,thattheythoughtwasageodeagoodadditionfortheirgemshop.
Uponcuttingitopen,however,Mikesellfoundanobjectinsidethatseemedtobemadeofwhiteporcelain.Inthecenterwasa
shaftofshinymetal.Expertsestimatedthatitshouldhavetakenabout500,000yearsforthisfossilencrustednoduletoform,
yettheobjectinsidewasobviouslyofsophisticatedhumanmanufacture.
Furtherinvestigationrevealedthattheporcelainwassurroundbyahexagonalcasing,andanxrayrevealedatinyspringat
oneend.Somewhohaveexaminedtheevidencesayitlooksverymuchlikeamoderndaysparkplug.Howdiditgetinsidea

ThelocationoftheCosoartifactisunknownasof2008.Ofitsdiscoverers,Lanehasdied,Maxeyisalivebutavoidspublic
comment,andthewhereaboutsofMikesellarenotknown.
8.TheAntikytheraMechanism
Aperplexingartifactwasrecoveredbyspongediversfromashipwreckin1900offthecoastofAntikythera,asmallislandthat
liesnorthwestofCrete.
Thediversbroughtupfromthewreckagreatmanymarbleandandbronzestatuesthathadapparentlybeentheshipscargo.
Amongthefindingswasahunkofcorrodedbronzethatcontainedsomekindofmechanismcomposedofmanygearsand
wheels.
Writingonthecaseindicatedthatitwasmadein80B.C.,andmanyexpertsatfirstthoughtitwasanastrolabe,an
astronomerstool.Anxrayofthemechanism,however,revealedittobefarmorecomplex,containingasophisticatedsystem
ofdifferentialgears.
Gearingofthiscomplexitywasnotknowntoexistuntil1575!Itisstillunknownwhoconstructedthisamazinginstrument2,000

datebacktobetween248B.C.and226A.D.
Thedeviceconsistsofa51/2inchhighclayvesselinsideofwhichwasacoppercylinderheldinplacebyasphalt,andinside
ofthatwasanoxidizedironrod.Expertswhoexamineditconcludedthatthedeviceneededonlytobefilledwithanacidor
alkalineliquidtoproduceanelectriccharge.
