Industrial Summer training has been done to understand the operational aspect of Health CARE
Instruments, Power Plant Process & Field Instruments for process automation.
HCL Technologies- SENIOR ANALYST (9th October 2012 to 11th August 2015): Worked in
IOMC department which provides remote infrastructure support to clients across the globe. Within
IOMC, worked as part of Wintel/ VMware team which provides the server infrastructure support.

Patching, Client interactions regarding SLA exemptions, People management ,used to adhere the
process compliance procedures of ITIL, monthly and weekly reporting regarding the performance of
the team, mentored and trained GETs.
TIAA-CREF: Provided Infrastructure Support to the US based firm, handled Change management,

GREEN GROWTH: TACKLING ECOLOGICAL CONCERNS: The objective of this project is to study
the prevailing environmental issues and designing a strategy to overcome the use of non-renewable
sources of energy.
FIELD WORK (METRO-FOOD STALL PROJECT): The objective of this project is to study the
different metro food stalls like Buddies, WH Smith etc. After thorough research, business strategy
has been designed for boosting the revenue of Metro Department.
FIELD WORK (ADVENTURE-ISLAND PROJECT): The objective of this project is to study the
Adventure Island fun park. After thorough research, marketing strategy and proposal has been
designed for increasing its footfalls and sustaining itself in the competitive market.
FIELD WORK (CHAWREE BAZAR MARKET ANALYSATION): The objective of this project is to
study the Marriage Card Market.
FIELD WORK (STUDY THE NATURE OF AN ORGANISATION (HCL)): The objective of this project
is to study and analyze the perspective of an organization from different angles.
MEASURE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF TRAINING PROGRAMS: The objective of this project is to
measure and calculate the ROI of the training programs to determine the effectiveness of training
and suggesting the improvement needed on the basis of results obtained.
PROMOTIONAL AND DISTRIBUTION STRATEGIES OF IT RESOURCES: The objective of this
project is to find the required places where there are requirement of IT equipment and then
understand the needs of the customer and customize the order according to the requirements and
logistics availability.

reviews regarding different B- schools from different students and analyses them to provide a
feedback and published the same on the Shiksha.com portal.
