Yo voy a hablar sobre como tener una vida sana

To have a healthy lifestyle is based on three pillars: healthy food,


exercise and rest.

La alimentacin: es un punto muy importante porque nosotros somos lo


que comemos, as que debemos de consumir alimentos saludables como
frutas vegetales hortalizas y menestras, tambin beber un litro de agua
al da. La alimentacin es los ms importante en nuestras vidas por eso
debemos de darle la mayor importancia, porque comer una fruta es ms
saludable que una hamburguesa.

El ejercicio: nos sirve para poder tener un peso equilibrado, lo


recomendable es realizar una actividad fsica al menos durante dos
horas y media a la semana. Incluye actividades que aumenten las
frecuencias cardaca y respiratoria y que fortalezcan los msculos y
huesos.

Descanso: Dormir es igual a un cuerpo saludable para mantener un


cuerpo sano necesitas cantidad, pero tambin calidad. Procura dormir de
6 a 8 horas diarias, en un ambiente cmodo libre de ruido y luz y bien
ventilado.

Para poder llevar una vida sana antes debemos de cumplir con los 3
pilares bsicos.

Por ejemplo mi abuela tiene 96 aos de edad, y ella tiene una vida muy
activa, ella sola alimentarse muy bien cuando era nia, y dormir sus 8
horas diarias, ella ha tenido esa rutina por aos, despus de cada
almuerzo ella fuma un cigarro con una gaseosa helada y ella se
encuentra bien de salud.

Para mi estar saludable ahora es lo ms importante en mi vida antes de


desperdiciar mi tiempo en cosas sin importancia, porque la salud de
ahora es importante para el futuro.

To have a healthy lifestyle is based on three pillars: healthy food,

Food: is a very important point because we are what we eat, so we must


eat healthy foods like vegetables fruits vegetables and beans, also drink
a liter of water a day. Food is the most important in our lives so we must
give utmost importance, because eating a fruit is healthier than a
burger.

Exercise: helps us to have a balanced weight, it is advisable to perform


physical activity for at least two hours a week. It includes activities that
increase heart and respiratory rates and that strengthen muscles and
bones.

Rest: Sleep equals a healthy body to maintain a healthy body you need
quantity, but also quality. Try to sleep 6 to 8 hours daily, in a comfortable
environment free from noise and light and airy.

In order to lead a healthy life we must first meet the three basic pillars.

For example, my grandmother is 96 years old, and she has a very active
life, she used to eat very well as a child, and sleep your 8 hours a day,
she has had this routine for years, after each lunch she smokes a cigar
with a cold soda and she is in good health.

For me to be healthy now it is the most important thing in my life before


I waste my time on unimportant things, because health is important now
for the future.
