Achieve results by auditing civil branch operations for streamlined efficiency by monitoring personnel allocation,
case intake/tracking and assignment, callouts, monthly activity reviews and training for 73 staff.
Increase transparency into current positioning by collecting, reviewing and collating weekly, monthly and quarterly
reports to ensure operations maintain within $13M budget.
Lead operations and projects by encouraging accountability and communication between teams and units.
Strengthen results with set policy and strategy to drive quality assurance in activities of criminal records, civil unit,
public disclosure unit, jail records, warrants unit, evidence and logistics unit, kitchen staff and jail industries.

Increased efficiency by creating the patrol schedule for CCSO and working with training units outside of CCSO.
Boosted revenue by revamping the shooting range to include efficient budgeting, timely upkeep, new billing
processes and range scheduling to attract new customers.
