Initiate the study of filler in production of glove as they can reduce cost of latex besides improve the quality.
Offered and accepted to join Top Glove SDN. BHD as chemist in production department.
FINAL YEAR PROJECT
CRYSTALLIZATION OF HYDROXYAPATITE ON POLYVINYL ALCOHOL(PVA) SPONGES
Date: April 2014 January 2015
Objective: To develop a novel hybrid material using water soluble polymer while study the effect of crosslink on sponges.
My Contribution
The developed sponge scaffold was a potential skin tissue engineering material, with appropriate physical properties
and good biocompatibility.
Usage of the porous scaffold, biocompatible polymer, PVA is another best method to improvise the crystallization of
hydroxyapatite with its ability.
For the analysis of these materials various bulk and particle level characterization techniques have been employed,
and been differentiate by concentration of PVA sponges and SBF solution that used for crosslinking process.
This result of characterization of crystals will assist in improvising research on biocompatible polymer in UMP.
