1. REFNET Header Check for integrity.
1. Indoor Electronic Expansion Check operation of linear control and
Valve individual control.

2. Fans and Motors Check bearings and lubricate as

necessary. Inspect and check on fan
guard covers and inspection plates.
3. Heat Exchanger Check for damage and/or dust
accumulation. Clean as necessary.

4. Air Filter Wash, dry and refit. Renew if

required.

5. Electrical Tighten all terminal connections.

Check integrity of electrical insulation.

6. Liquid Crystal Remote Check operation of

Controller heating/cooling/timer/temperature/filter
/mode select/malfunction displays.
Return to tenant settings if correct.
