More specifically, it is our understanding that some DMV employees have been instructed to accept voter registration materials from all customers, Including those who present 2 Green Care for identification purposes. The OM then forwards all such materials to local election officials for voter registration purposes. This practice is perhaps attributable to a misinterpretation of the NRA. This practice must cease immediately. Please take appropriate corectve action, as We have reascn to believe that non-citizens have unlawful registered to vote in Nevada as a direct cesut of DMV’s practices. Moreover, we have now confirmed that some nonciizens legally cast votes in the 2036 general election, Teme hina een rsa cons es i enue es tomo nen utze Wet sinosunets yor mied oparn my Boulara-K.
