1- INDIVIDUAL PRESENTATION: 10%


Description:

Each student should select a topic (1) from the pool of topics given.
Personalize your leadership topic (Taking an example of one leader)
You are expected to read and search for information on the topic you have selected
You are expected to present the topic in the class with very good explaining and
showing you have understood the topic that you have selected.
You will be given 15minutes for your presentation while 5minutes for Q&A session.
Grading:
I. 5 marks for the explanation and information
II. 2 marks for choosing a leader that fits/suits the topic.
III. 3 marks for connecting the topic with the leader and leader with the topic.

Starting from: Week 6-7-8


2- GROUP CLASSROOM DISCUSSION, DEBATE AND PARTICIPATION: 15%
Description:

Each group will be giving a topic either from the course outline or outside the course
line to be discussed in the class.
The topic will be given a week before discuss and each group is expected with its
members to search for the information and discuss it in the class.
Each member of each group should participate in the discussion
You are expected to have 3 classroom group discussions and each discussion carries 5%

Starting from: Week 3, 5,10


Grading
I. Good discussion and information sharing
II. Logicality of the fact, participation and responses

3- GROUP FINAL PROJECT: 25%


SCHOOL EFFECTIVENESS MIND MAPPING
Description:

Each group is expected to design school effectiveness using mind mapping.


Each group is HIGHLY expected to explain in mind mapping form what constitute to
school effectiveness.
Each group is HIGHLY expected to connect all the issues and information that related
to school effectiveness with very strong justification, facts and logicality.
Each group is expected to explain in details each step and link with facts, theory and
literature.
Each group is HIGHLY is expected display creativity, innovation and technology in
your presentation and project.
Each group is expected to present its project (10%) and submit it as project (15%)
