Assess and Jump Start

This team development process begins with the Team Diagnostic, an anonymous, online
80-item assessment that typically takes 20 minutes to complete. The assessment also
includes up to five open-ended customizable questions. An assessment link is sent to team
members via email. When all team members have completed, the data is compiled into a
practical report that immediately hones in on improvement opportunities and direction.

Results of the assessment and initial training in the Team Diagnostic model are delivered
in a 1-day Team Reveal workshop in an off-site location to help the team stay focused. This
unique opportunity generates rich dialogue focused on team performance and by the end of
the day there is a clear action plan for improvement developed by the team, for the team.

An Alignment coaching sessions follows the Team Reveal workshop, to ensure the team is
committed to making progress on their action plan and is clear on how improvement will
impact business metrics in the organization.

Accelerate and Improve

Accountability sessions are held monthly with the team for continued focus on actions and
development. These sessions are delivered live and if possible will co-incide with meetings
the team already holds on a regular basis. These 60 to 90 minute sessions reinforce the
action steps and accountability for the team and in some cases provide additional training to
support the teams on-going development.

Measure and Sustain

What gets measured gets improved. This unique approach includes a measure of the teams
progress, again using the Team Diagnostic. This measure provides the team with a clear
picture of their improvement and opportunities so they can plan next steps for continuing to
advance and sustain their gains.
