Resort Bhd ( hereinafter reffered to as the Consumer)for the
consumers CADANGAN PEMBANGUNAN 4 BLOK PANGSAPURI 328
UNIT DI ATAS 4 TINGKAT PODIUM TEMPAT LETAK KERETA SERTA
KOLAM RENANG,REKREASI DAN KEMUDAHAN PENDUDUK DI ATAS
LOT P.T.31324,MUKIM SUNGAI BULOH, DAERAH PETALING ,
SELANGOR DARUL EHSAN UNTUK TETUAN TROPICANA GOLF &
COUNTRY RESORT BHD (BLOCK B)

) hereby guarantees the payment to the Company by the
consumer of such sums of money not exceedingthe aggregate sum
of MR20,000.00 (Malaysia Ringgit Twenty Thousand Only ) which
may at any time or times be claimend by the Company against
the Consumer of damages in the event the Consumer falling to
transfer to the Company the substation site after the Company
has incurred expenditure in providing and installing all the
necessary materials in the substation building for the supply of such
electricity.

NOW THE BANK HEREBY AGREED AND DECLARED AS

FOLLOW :-
1. This guarantee shall be valid for one
(1) year from

the Consumer from year to year until such time as transfer for the
substation site reffered to above is registered in the name of the
Company.

(hereinafter referred to as the Bank) hereby guarantee the payment
to the Company by the customer of such sums of money not exceeding
the aggregate sum of RM20,000.00 (Malaysia Ringgit Twenty Thousand
only ) whish may at any time or times be claimed by the Company
against the Consumer for damages in the event the Consumer falling
to transfer to the Company the substation site after the Company has
incurred expenditure in providing and installing all the necessary
materials in the substation building for the supply of such electricity.
NOW THE BANK HEREBY AGREED AND DECLARED AS FOLLOW :-
1. This guarantee shall be valid for one (1) year from.

time as a transfer for the substation site referred to above
is registered in the
name of the Company.
2. This guarantee is a continuing within the limits aforesaid as to
time and amount.
3. Notice in writing of any claims by the Company against the
Consumer will be given
by the Company to the Bank and within seven (7) days from
the date of receipt
of such notice payment shall forthwith be made by the Bank of
the Company of all
sum due under this guarantee.
4. With reference to the right and liability of the parties and
stipulated period
hereinstated this guarantee shall not be effected or
prejudiced by the Company
granting time or any other indulgence to the Consumers
or by any change
whatsoever in the constitution of the Consumer or by the
consumers liquidation or
winding up.
