Vrtigo perifrico: 4, 12
Vrtigo posicional paroxstico benigno, neuritis vestibular, hidrops
endolinftico, neuroma del acstico, laberintitis, fstula
perilinftica, colesteatoma, herpes zoster tico.
Vrtigo central: 4, 12
Hemorragia cerebelar, isquemia del tallo cerebral, insuficiencia
vrtebrobasilar, tumores, migraa, esclerosis mltiple

Se recomienda suspender el tratamiento sintomtico agudo dentro de 48
horas si las condiciones del paciente lo permiten. Puede recomendarse
ejercicios vestibulares en pacientes con desrdenes vestibulares perifricos
con la colaboracin de terapia fsica. Se puede ensayar terapia vestibular
tambin en pacientes con vrtigo de origen central. 26
