Subject : Design Service Proposal

Project : PROPOSED THREE-STOREY RESIDENCE

Sir:

In compliance with your request regarding the above subject, I am pleased to submit
herewith my proposal, for your consideration.

I. SCOPE OF WORK

1.1 Preparation of one (1) set Electrical Design for a 350m 2 lot of Proposed
Three (3) Storey Doroy Residence located at Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

1.2 Blue print copies and Budgetary Estimates - Five (5) sets for building
permit application & one (1) set, Owners copy.

1.3 One (1) revision pass.

1.4 Sign & seal.

1.5 Two (2) site visits.

1.6 Progressive site visits will be charged Php 1,500.00 per visit upon
Owners request.

II. EXCLUDED WORKS

II.1 Actual works supervision.

II.2 All items which are not mentioned in Section I of this proposal.

III. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

III.1 The above scope of work under Section I of this proposal shall be
conducted at Proposed Three (3) Storey Doroy Residence located at
Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

III.2 Any additional services to Section I of this proposal shall be

negotiated
 separately.

IV. PRICE AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

IV.1 For the works defined in Section I of this proposal, the client shall pay the
amount, in Pesos: Thirty-five Thousand Pesos
(Php 35,000.00).

IV.2 The client shall pay 50% down payment, and the balance, after receipt
of
the blue prints.

V. VALIDITY

V.1 Fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt and thereafter shall be subject to
our confirmation.
