PROPOSAL FOR DEVELOPMENT OF LAND

PROPOSED DEVELOPMENTS AS PER DTCP NORMS:

1. ROAD WORK:

a) Earth work excavation wherever required as per the gradient in

roads area, transportation filling in low laying areas of roads, to
maintain proper gradient of roads, spreading in layers,
consolidation etc.,
b) Preparation of sub base: Preparation of sub base to required
gradient and camber, formation of road etc.,

2. WBM (water bound macadam) road 1st Layer:

Supply and spreading of 65mm metal of loose 100mm thick compact,

75mm thick, dry rolling, watering and wet rolling including binding
morrum etc.,
3. WBM road 2nd Layer:
Supply and spreading of 40mm metal of loose 100mm thick compact,
75mm thick, dry rolling, watering and wet rolling including morrum
etc.,
4. BITUMEN ROAD:

Providing B.T Road of 20mm thick over WBM road by using 12mm and
6mm size granite chips and a seal coat by using baby chips and
bitumen of 80/00. This item includes all materials, tools and tackles
etc.,

5. WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM:

a) Construction of 3 stage over head RCC tank and required
capacity.
b) Providing PVC water line 4/1 / 2 dia pipes of sudhakar make.
c) Water harvesting pits as per DTCP specification.
d) Drilling of bore well up to required capacity.

6. SEWERAGE LINE:

Providing necessary sewerage system in under ground by using SWG

pipes and construction of man holes to the required line and levels
etc., it includes construction of specific tank etc.,

a) 6: dia pipe
b) 8 dia pipe
c) 10 dia pipe
d) 12 dia pipe

7. CURBING STONES:

Supply and fixing of RCC curb stone using curb 6mm metal and dust
including painting etc., on side of the road.

8. ELECTRICITY:

a) Transformer as per APCPDCL estimation rules.

b) 8mm PSCC poles, 34 Sqmm AAA conductor, 3 Phase cross arms with
LT PIN/LT saggle and as required back clamps and hardware for LT
lines.
c) 9.1 PSCC poles, 55 sq.mm AAA conductor, 11 KV channel for H.T.
lines etc.
 d) Electricity lines, telephone lines, etc.,

9. COMPOUND WALL:

a) Providing earth work excavation with 40mm bed RCC 1:2:4 Granite
up to 2 and 5 height AAC cement bricks wall along with single coat
plastering, water curing etc., completion of work.

10. PLANTATION:

a) Supply and plantation of Avenue plants on either side of the road @

1 plant for each house with tree guards.
b) Development of parks with CRS basement and fixing of 4 height
chain link or pipe fencing.

11. PLOTTING STONES:

Supplying and fixing of RCC stone.
