1. Students must abide by the Pretrial Rules notified by the
College from time to time. Breach of the following rules shall render them liable to disciplinary action such as fine, striking off from the college rolls, or expulsion from the College. 2. Without prior permission from the principal, no student is allowed to paste, exhibit, prepare or distribute any poster leaflet, leaflet, notice, pamphlet or handbill in the college premises. 3. Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited in the college premises. 4. Smoking in the college premises is strictly prohibited. 5. Every student of the college is required to be punctual in the class. Any student remaining absent from classes without proper permission for a continuous period of 6 days, excluding holidays, shall automatically be struck off from the college rolls unless the cause off absence is explained to the satisfaction of the principal. In that case, the student may be re-admitted within 15 days (after his name is dropped from the college rolls) on payment of readmission fee and college dues. 6. College authorities can revise the dues without any prior notice .This revision will be applicable to all students enrolled at that time or in future. 7. No student is allowed to leave the classroom without the permission of his/her teacher or until the class is over. 8. Late-comers in the classroom can be marked absent. 9. Any political or immoral activity is strictly prohibited in or around the college premises. 10. Rs.50/- Per period or Rs. 100/- per day will be imposed for absence without proper leave. 11. Private telephone calls of the students will not be entertained. However, an emergency message can be conveyed. 12. Students must display the College identity card on their chests throughout their stay on the College premises and at its functions in or outside the College. 13. Students are required to wear the prescribed uniform while attending College. 14. College authorities reserve the right to revise any class schedule or to re-arrange the classes. 15. The College will not be responsible for loss of any mail/valuables sent to a student at the College address. 16. The College students, while parking their bikes/motor cars are required to put proper lock on them. College administration shall not be responsible for any loss on this account, whatsoever. 17. Students, who have appeared in the 1st year examination and notification for the part-II 1st installment/registration has been displayed, are eligible to get Migration/College Leaving Certificate only after the clearance of first installment. 18. Any false information on the application from any renders the student liable to expulsion from the College. 19. The College grants fee-concessions and scholarships of different nature at the time of admission. These concessions and scholarships are term based and can be renewed at the start of every term. Mere recommendation for a fee- concession and scholarship does not entitle a student to its grant. Certain conditions and requirements must be fulfilled for eligibility. 20. Students can get benefits like concessions, scholarships in case of fulfilling the attendance requirements and observing the fee-schedule. However the request application for fee-concession must be submitted within the time frame given by the College. Applications received after the lapse of that time period will not the entertained. 21. Any fee-concession/prize/scholarship is only at the discretion of the College administration and can be withdrawn at anytime. 22. The College reserves the right to make, amend and introduce any rule as and when deemed appropriate. 23. Monthly Fee must be deposit before 10 th of every month through Bank challan otherwise Rs100 per day will be charged. 24. The College, in its sole discretion, shall have the right to withhold examination Entry Forms of the Board/University or release of the examination Roll No. slip due to any of the following: o Poor attendance o Non-payment of College dues o Poor overall academic record o Failure in the College send-up examinations o Violation of the Disciplinary Rules
