IMPORTANT CIRCULAR TO STUDENTS, 14, MARCH,2017

All students are required to note the following details about the Industry elective subjects and
they are advised to follow these instructions

l. All industry elective classes would be wound up by second week of ma rch 17 .

2. Students should have earned 100% attendance.

3. During the current week and next week, all students need to discuss with their respective
industry elective experts to get the title for their project work.

4. Students who are already placed need to get the approval from their respective company
for working on the project title assigned by the industry experts. If not, they need to
request their company to allot them a title and get the approval of the industry expert
.once*ed.

5. Every student need to work on their project only under the guidance of the industry
elective expert.

6. Please note the following dates for submission of project report :

A. Each student need to submit interim report on progress made to their project
guide [industry expert] at a time specified by them.

B. Each student need to submit the progress report periodically to the internal
project guide also.

C. The final report need to be submitted to the industry expert positively before
may 10. 2017 and get it evaluated.

D. All corrections suggested by the industry expert need to be incorporated and

the final report need to be submitted to the intemal faculty member [project
guidel before may 17.2017.
