Has Done it AGAIN!!!
~ Ranks 1st in Montgomery County for Family Satisfaction ~
The Ohio Dept. of Aging has released its 2016 Family Satisfaction
Survey results, which show that Grace Brethren Village still holds the
number one spot in Montgomery Co. GBV ranks as one of the top 50 Ohio
Nursing Homes out of 541 for family satisfaction in 2016. This rank-
ing is a result of the Family Satisfaction Survey that polled family mem-
bers of nursing home residents as to their level of satisfaction.
Statewide, over 30,000 family members participated. Grace Brethren
Village had an overall satisfaction score of 87.29 out of a possible score of
100 to place 1st in Montgomery Co. and 46th statewide. The survey asked
questions to family members of nursing home residents regarding satisfac-
tion in areas such as direct care, activities, dining. housekeeping, and
social services, as well as whether or not they would recommend the facil-

faced making that all important choice as to which nursing facility to use.
Kim Singer, LSW, Director of Social Work said, We understand the diffi-
culty involved in making this choice. Our entire staff works hard to make
their experience with us like they would treat their own parent or grand-
parent. Even when our residents are discharged back to their home, many
times our service to them does not end there, because we help the families
set up home health, home therapies, or any other services to help them in
their transition back to their home.
