Network Engineer (L2 Support) - 3 - 5 Years - Mumbai

Role Description:
* Responsible for deployment and operations of large scale enterprise network
including LAN , WAN , Wireless administration. (Security Administration will be
treated as plus)
* Leads the design and operation of network infrastructure for Capgemini
regional network involving multi-vendor platforms and technologies.
* Manage Operations and support for all client connectivity and internal
systems related to Networks, Perform root cause analysis and provide resolution
* Lifecycle management of products/services- includes inventory management,
contract management, design documents, SOP creation, incident management,
problem management and service reporting (performance, capacity and
availability),
* Audit and process compliance and participate in Internal and External Audits.
* Work with Program management team for providing solutions and implementation
of for client infrastructure requirement, attending client calls.
* Liaisons with external vendors and support partners on service management,
product roadmap and other day to day support incidents
* Evaluation, POC of new products and technologies as per Capgemini
requirements
* Produce and maintain accurate documentation for deployed service components.
* Level 2 Network Administration, Handles support escalations from L1 / L2 team
* Audit and process compliance and participate in Internal and External Audits.
* Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning
* Network Documentation, review and periodic updates
* Provide connectivity solutions as required by business
* Leads the design and operation of network infrastructure for Capgemini
regional network involving multi-vendor platforms and technologies.
* Manage Operations and support for all client connectivity and internal
systems related to Networks, Perform root cause analysis and provide resolution

Skills Required:
* Working experience with installing, configuring, supporting: o Cisco Routers,
Switches (6500s, 3750, 7200, 7600, Nexus 5000)
* Wireless controllers, Wireless Access Points
* Extensive experience in L2 Technologies, advance Routing
* Experience in OSPF & BGP
* Extensive experience in LAN Administration
* Experienced in administering network security devices like Firewalls,
Proxies, Content Filters and Load Balancers (Optional)
* Process Documentation and Audit Compliance.
* Certifications Preferred: * CCNA Certifications, CCNP (Data) * CCIE
