Defining scope of work and time schedule. Planning FS resources: skilled labour, tools & spare
parts. Coordinate 3 Engineers & 8 Technicians: Training plan & productive assigments. Setting and
administering budgets. Developing and improving the existing ordering & purchasing procedures.
Defining, evaluating and certifying local suppliers and providers. Offer execution & presentation to
the final clients. Follow up of the project costs. Supervision of Overhauls on Site. Each power train
major overhaul is about 3,5mill. Euros; about 200 persons (fitters, engineers and technicians) take part
on it, requiring strong coordination between skilled staff and about eight different local subcontractors.
