Company Representative with more than 25 years professional experience in the oil and gas industry with a
facilities background in feasibility / conceptual studies (pre-FEED studies), basic engineering (FEED Studies),
detailed engineering and construction of offshore and onshore facilities. This experience has been gained in the
UK, Holland, Canada, France, Dubai, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, USA and the Philippines with particular
emphasis in field development works and the management involved in the engineering, procurement and
construction (EPC) of oil and gas facilities and equipment, both for new build projects and in the modification
and upgrading of existing facilities and equipment.

In-Country Manager / Project Engineering Manager responsible for a team of Project Engineers and
Discipline Engineers in the Project and Engineering Management of the works being carried out by Fluor,
Philippines in the Engineering, Procurement and Construction support for the Upstream Coal Seam Gas
(CSG) Well hubs and pipelines / flowlines, this work included gas / water separation, gas compression and
gas metering works.

Pre- FEED and FEED Works (April 2008 to December 2010) Project Engineering Manager / Company
Representative responsible for delivering a pre-FEED (Front End Engineering Design) study and a FEED
Study for the Gladstone LNG Plant in Queensland, Australia. GLNG carried out two pre-FEED studies for
the LNG Plant, one study was carried out by Foster Wheeler in Reading, UK looking at the APCI LNG
Technology, and the other study was carried out by Bechtel in Houston, USA looking at the ConocoPhillips
Optimised Cascade LNG Technology. Both pre-FEED studies were evaluated in Brisbane, Australia and
the FEED Study Contract was awarded to Bechtel in Houston, USA. This work included being the GLNG
Engineering Manager / Company Representative in Foster Wheelers, Reading, UK offices during the Pre-
FEED stage of the project, followed by evaluation works of both pre-FEED studies, the development of
the FEED Scope of Work and Company Supplied Information and FEED Contract negotiation works in
Brisbane, Australia. On GLNG awarding the FEED study contract to Bechtel, I was then posted to Bechtels
Offices in Houston as the GLNG Project Engineering and Modularisation Manager responsible for a team
of Project and Discipline Engineers in the delivery of a FEED Package for a Modularised ConocoPhillips
Optimised Cascade LNG Plant for GLNG.

Balal Field Development Project This Project consisted of the Engineering, Procurement, Construction,
Installation (EPCI) and Commissioning of a Process Living Quarters Platform and a Wellhead Platform. The
topsides for both platforms were engineered and constructed in Singapore and the Process Living Quarters
Platform Jacket was constructed in Malaysia and the Wellhead Platform Jacket was constructed in Iran.
Site Representative - SMOE, Singapore Responsible for the Project Final Documentation, the Maintenance
Manuals, the operations engineering liaison and the closing of the Singapore Site office. This work included
time in the Dubai Project / Operations Office providing the technical input required to close out the EPCI
Contract and claims, this included attending and participating in contractor claims meetings. Site Senior
Project Engineer / Deputy Site Representative - SMOE, Singapore Responsible to the Site Representative
for assisting in the set-up and running of the office facilities, for the co-ordination of the regular checking
of the Contractors deliverables, the co-ordination and answering of site queries, answering of requests for
waivers and change orders, the technical input to design reviews, the engineering liaison and interface within
the multi-disciplined site team, the commissioning team and the safety, operations and drilling departments
in Dubai, attending and participating in project, procurement, QA/QC and construction progress meetings,
project weekly and monthly reporting and deputising for the Site Representative as required. Surface
Facilities Engineer - Paris, France and Dubai Responsible to the Surface Facilities Manager for the co-
ordination of the requisitioning of the Long Lead Items of Equipment, the co-ordinating and answering of
the EPCI Contract Technical Clarifications, the Company Representative for Engineering Study works, the
development, updating and revising of the EPCI Contract Scope of Work.
