Served as a conversation partner with a few
students to help them practice their English
language abilities. Focused on casual
conversation and also went over other topics
that related to courses they were taking in the
HELP program.
NICE ( New Intensive Courses in English) Student Jan. 2014 Feb. 2015
Interchanger, University of Hawaii at Manoa Outreach
College.
Served as a conversation partner for groups of 1-3
students, helping students get comfortable in
communicational situations related to coursework in
NICE. Created a comfortable environment in which the
students feel safe and able to practice their skills.
Kids Art Camp, Maui, HI. May 2012 July 2012
As part of a high school senior project, created
an art camp for kids ages 3-8 years old. Created
lessons and activities that taught the kids the
basics and foundations of art such as color
theory, shapes, and worked with different types
of art media.
