I2D Solutions is a software development company focused on development of software to automate manufacturing units and monitoring of
manufacturing line, thus reducing the downtime of the units. Their major clients are INTEL, Fuji Films and Solar City.
Based on various client interactions, conceived the idea that there is a need for a Cloud Based IoT product to manage and monitor the plant
and equipment of the manufacturing line. This was based on inputs any downtime in plant causes slowing down of whole process, reducing
production capacity and increasing WIP on related lines. The new product would help clients save Millions of dollars from productivity loss.

Lead the project to build automation and artificial intelligence in requirement collection from clients & vendors and from job applicants

Lifelong Meditech is a manufacturer of Medical disposables. Brazil has been its major market accounting to 65% business. The management
decided to diversify into US Market to mitigate risks and I was assigned as the Product Manager
Led product development in managing tasks required to successfully launch multiple medical device designs. Identified market needs and
opportunity sizes. Developed business plans and recommendations to senior management. Participated in early engagement with customers
and operational companies to document and resolve customer experience issues.
Directed the product development cycle from prototype development to manufacturing integration of two custom medical disposable
devices producing sales revenue of $2.5 million annually and capturing 10% of the need to Sutter Health Care in USA.

Kirloskar Oil Engines is a subsidiary of Toyota Motors. It is in the business of manufacturing of Oil Engines used in Diesel Power Generators.
Kirloskar has over 100,000 of their own generator installations and provides parts to Cummings (largest generator manufacturer).
It was identified that the generators were having down-time due to regular wear and tear and downtime was causing troubles with clients. I
conceived that we should create IoT and Cloud Based product on Mobile devices to monitor and report the health of Generators. Sold the
concept to the Senior Management with cost estimates of developing the product and the ROI of the product. Gave the Engineering direction
and insights on how the product could help in building value not just for the company but also other companies in similar space.
Developed Product Road Map, Vision and Strategy and assisted the Engineering team to design the proto-type.
To increase the base of development, decided to go Agile keeping the time frame of 4 weeks for the first release of MVP.
Worked as the Agile Coach, getting the company geared towards adaptation of Agile Methodology

I was brought in by Trustee to lead and manage the Strategic project of cutting losses, rebuilding brand value of the school and roll-out
automation, all with an aim to become one of the top boarding schools of the country;
Worked with the stake-holders to build a project charter, identified the key contributors to the project, built a PMO to undertake
different projects that will help in the objectives set by the Trustee. Smaller project teams were built in the PMO

SevenHills Hospital (HealthCare), Mumbai, India
PROGRAM MANAGER
SevenHills Hospital was the first Public Private Partnership hospital being built in Mumbai. The project was behind schedule and had multiple
cost over-runs. I was brought in by JP Morgan, the investors in the project to head the PMO and complete project in 15 months as it was due
for inauguration by the President of India. It was to be the Asias largest hospital.
Took the challenge and a daunting task to achieve all business objectives in 15 months with no room for overflow.
Construction of 120 apartments in campus was 50% complete, fit out of 2M sq ft of hospital had not started, equipment identification
and ordering had not been planned, while key staff were in place, but majority of team had to be hired. Regulatory compliance and
approvals were pending. Hospital Management System and EMR System were left halfway as vendor moved out and left software as is.
Prepared a Phased construction plan and purchase policy to get equipment, supplies, furniture, medical supplies. Built the HR team
and hired talented Software / Hardware team in-house to restart development of HMS and EMR systems
Went Agile to meet triple constraints of Scope, Schedule and Cost. Used Kanban to manage projects. Worked on 2 week goals and tight
monitoring and control. A full functional PMO with a team of 15 people was created to look into various aspects of the project.
Involved Chairman and investors in the task of removing impediments for bringing in speed.
With a collaborative approach, we succeeded in not just launching the hospital, but also gain significant visibility in the market.
Achieved: Paperless Hospital; 500 new patients per day in OPD; 100% occupancy on 300 bed ICU within 3 months of launch
United News of India (UNI) (Media and News Agency), Delhi, India
CHANGE MANAGER
UNI was created as a news agency (like Reuters) by 30 major News Papers to have collective news assimilation and distribution. However,
the agency lagged behind due to leadership issues, lack of vision and conflicting interests. Zee Media Group, decided to bail the organization
and turn it around. I was appointed as Program Manager to lead Change Management initiative to rebuild the organisation.
Identified key stake-holders in the business which had more than 30 News Papers & 20 TV Channels in the ownership and over 5000
employees spread across India, SE Asia and Middle East; to gain buy-in and success of the project.
Developed the project charter and reviewed it with key stakeholders to confirm project scope, risks, issues, assumptions and
constraints as well as obtain projected charter approval from Board of Directors.
The Change Management Program was divided into multiple projects which targeted each area of business turnaround.
