Taman Wisata Alam Telogo Warno Telogo Pengilon (TWATWTP)


merupakan salah satu kawasan konservasi yang memiliki potensi flora yang
beragam, dengan manfaat mulai dari kesehatan, ekonomi, dan wisata. Tujuan
penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan wisata flora di TWATWTP. Penelitian ini
dilakukan di TWATWTP pada bulan Februari - Maret 2014. Data yang
dikumpulkan meliputi potensi flora, sosial-ekonomi masyarakat, karakteristik
pengunjung dan pengelolaan wisata di TWATWTP. Metode yang digunakan
meliputi studi pustaka, wawancara, dan observasi lapang. Penelitian menemukan
93 jenis flora di TWATWTP. Pengelolaan yang dilakukan terbatas pada
inventarisasi dan identifikasi flora, patroli kawasan dan pelatihan kebakaran hutan.
Pengunjung terbanyak berasal dari Jawa Tengah dengan sumber informasi dari
teman/mulut ke mulut, dan tingkat pendidikan SMA dan perguruan tinggi.
Pengembangan wisata flora yang direkomendasikan meliputi pengembangan
aktivitas, pengelolaan dan sumberdaya manusia, souvenir, fasilitas, serta promosi
dan kerjasama.

ABSTRACT
SELI ANODA ARISANDI. Flora Tourism Development in Telogo Warno
Telogo Pengilon Nature Recreation Park. Supervised by RESTI MEILANI and
AGUS HIKMAT.

Telogo Warno Telogo Pengilon Nature Recreation Park (TWTPNRP) is one


of protected areas that has various flora potential, which provides benefits such as
health, economic, and tourism. The purpose of this research was to develop flora
tourism in TWTPNRP. This study was conducted in TWTPNRP in February -
March 2014. Data collected included potential flora, social-economic of
surrounding community, visitor characteristics, and tourism management in
TWTPNRP. Data was collected using literature study, interview, and field
observations. The research found that there were 93 flora species in the location.
Management activities were still limited to inventory and identificatin of flora,
patrol, and training on forest fire. Most visitors came from Central Java, with
friends as source of information, and highschool and college as their educational
background. Recommendation of flora tourism development included
improvement of tourism activities, human resources, souvenirs, facilities,
promotion and cooperation.
