Please describe the methodology you intend to apply in your project.

The methodology we apply to carry out the activities is based on a few key elements:
- Each student is an artist. Therefore, the students will have control over subjects matter, materials
and approaches. An art will be created from the meaninful content of the students lives.
- To give real choices for the students. That will allow the students to choose materials for the
explorations, provide relevant and brief instructions and cover a wide range of the topics.
- The role of the teacher is to encourage the students independence. That will include
demonstrating, modeling, facilitating, coaching, provinding content and assessment.
- A classroom environment should be adapted to meet the needs and interests of each student. That
means the effective structure of time, the careful arrangement of space, thoughtfully chosen
materials, and a method of classroom management.
To put that into practice well use a wide range of methods and approches such as peer and group
learning, classes for the students of mixed ages, experimenting guided focused and free exploration,
modeling, simulation and visualization, role play, disscusions, and conferences.
Each activity will be developed according to the following framework:
- At each partner school the initial surveys will be conducted to figure out the interests and
expectations of the participants.
- The initial workshops will be run at each partner school.
- According to the choices of the participants the mixed age groups will be formed to take part in
the activities.
- The teachers organize the space, time, and materials in the classroom effectively enabling the
students to create compelling art works that expresse their individuality.
- Each workshop will be focused on the active participation of the students giving them
opportunities to discover concepts through guided observation and the manipulation of the
materials.
- The professional training will take place while running the activities to get a deeper insight into
the various aspects of the arts and improve key skills.
- In collaboration the teachers and students will discuss and establish the basic criteria to assess
their work during the Project.
- Teachers will train students to perform selfassessment through introduction and modeling
various assessment tools, such as journals, diaries, sharing sessions, and presentations.
- The special events will be held at each partner school to present the works and performances to the
community.
- All the created materials and products will be shared on Twinspace.

How will you communicate and cooperate with your partners?

All the partners agree on the importance of the permanent communication and exchange of
information as a background for a good partnership. Starting the Project each partner will confirm
that the project contact person identified in the current application will be in charge of the project
communication activities.
There will be a few basic channels to ensure the effective communication and cooperation among
partners:
- via e-mail: the school coordinators will have the contact list of all the partners. The relevant
information will be shared via e-mail among all of them. The coordinator of the project will be
responsible to maintain the successful spreading of the information in this way.
- Whatsapp: a special group for the school coordinators is created to ensure easy and fast exchange
of the urgent information.
- Facebook: a special facebook group for the Project will be created on Facebook. It will be used to
announce and publish the important and relevant information for the participants as well as to
upload and publicize the materials of the carried activities. All the participants will be invited to join
that group. The school coordinators will take responsibility for the management of that group.
- E-Twinning platform: an assigned Twinspace of the Project will be created. The information and
materials of all the activities will be published on Twinspace. All the school coordinators, teachers
and students will have their accounts in the Twinspace and they will have access to all the project
activities. We will update the progress of the project regularly. The school coordinators will take
responsibility for that. Twinspace also offers a lot of communication tools for the teachers and
students. We are planning to organize a few common activities for the partners using
videoconference tool.
The transnational meetings as well as learning activities will take the important place to ensure the
communication and cooperation among the partners, too.

What are your plans for handling risks which could happen during the project (e.g. delays, budget,
conflicts, etc.)?
We indentify such main risks for the successful implementation of our project:
- A partner doesn't accomplish the activity, delays the performance or the results are low in quality.
- A lack of communication among partners.
- A conflict among partners.
- A misunderstanding between a student and the host family.
- The unpredictable circumstances such as natural disasters, social and political crises etc. which
may make dangerous or impossible for a partner country to accomplish the project tasks and
arrangements and for the other partners to visit it.
To handle such risks we consider the following arrangements:
1. The members of the Project school teams should be high qualified, ready to work and
accomplish the tasks. The school coordinator is responsible for the teams work and results. If
necessary, the changes can be made inside the school team. In addition, the Professional trainings
can be organized to improve the skills of the teachers. Moreover, each final product is assigned to
two countries. Therefore, they can work together at it and help each other.
2. All the partners make agreements to keep active communication and cooperation. If a partner
doesnt answer to e-mails and phone calls, the request is sent to a National Agency of the partner
country.
3. In case of a conflict all the partners discuss the case and suggest a solution. The coordinator
makes a final decision.
4. Concerning the cultural and social differences of the partner countries, before the learning
meeting the partners have to inform the host country about their expectations and requirements for
the accomodation. On the other hand, the students who visit the partner countries have to be ready
to show respect and integrity to the different social and cultural background.
5. In case of unpredictable circumstances and inability to carry out the project activities each partner
is obliged to immediately inform the other partners and the main coordinator and they all try to find
the most appropriate beneficial solution for all parts.
How will the monitoring of the project activities be carried out and by whom?
All the planned activities of the Project will be carried out according to the main shedule. They will
be performed in a linear way, one after another from September, 2017 to June, 2019. The school
coordinators adapt the main shedule to their school curriculum regarding the time limits. The main
coordinator will be responsible for the time management of the whole Project, in particular to start
and accomplish the activities according to the main shedule. A pair of the partner schools is
assigned to manage the activities of the particular field and take responsibility for the final product.
The school coordinators will also monitor the implementation of the Project activities on regular
basis disscusing the progress of the Project with their school teams and partners. A short quantative
report will be prepared every 3 month to monitor the number of the activities and participants as
well as their opinion about the quality of the activities.
During the period of the Project implementation the surveys and questionnaires will be conducted to
identify the changes in the fields of the life skills and understandings in various content areas of the
participants:
- Self-confidence and self-esteem;
- Problem solving and decision making,
- Collaboration, cooperation and communication;
- Artistic behaviour and independence;
- Motivation to learn and work planning;
- Acquired knowledge in the different fields of the arts;
- Acquired knowlledge about the partner countries and their cultures.
In addition, the group discussions will be organized at each partner school to share the opinions
about the quality of the activities.
Such on-going evaluation will be carried out once in 5 months. The results will be shared and
discussed by the partners in order to improve the quality of the activities.
The outcomes of the Project will be assessed conducting the final evalutation. In particular it will be
focused on such fields as:
- Level of the life skills of the participants;
- Abilities of the participants to use various ICT tools and resources;
- Teachers skills to put into practice participative and creative learning methods;
- Understanding of the participants of the European cultural context and problems of the modern
world.
The final evaluation will be carried out at each partner school. The results will be summarized and
discussed by the partners.
Carrying out the Project the school coordinators will have to manage the budget of the project, too.
Each partner school will get its own fund. Therefore the school coordinators collaborating with their
headmasters and school accountants will design a project budget plan at the beginning of the
Project. All the expenses on the project activities will have to be in accordance with the budget plan
The school coordinator and the headmaster will approve all the expenses covered by the project
fund. The school coordinator will revise and update the budget plan on regular basis, the
headmaster will controll it at least every 6 months. The school project coordinator will consult the
National Agency in case of any doubt about the validity of any expenses or cost.

How will you assess the success of your project?

If relevant for your project, do you plan to use Erasmus+ online platforms (e.g. EPALE, School
Education Gateway, eTwinning) for the preparation, implementation and/or follow-up of your
project?
