He has more than 25 years work experience in various healthcare settings. He started his basic
education in School of Nursing of Celaket, Malang. His eagerness in pursuing his education
resulted in possessing Master of Nursing (Education) with the University of Southern
Queensland-Australia. He also completed post graduate diploma in Healthcare & Hospital
Management (India). He was the first President of Indonesian Nurses Association-Kuwait INNA-
K) and the Head of Human Recourse Development Program with Indonesian Nurses Association
in the UAE before moving to Qatar. As an active writer. Hundreds of articles have already been
published and available on various websites, including official website of Indonesian National
Nurses Association. In his free time, he is a freelance lecturer, trainer, motivator and educator.
Presently he is working as Occupational Health-Chief Nurse with a major oil and gas company
in Qatar. His expertises are in professional building management, communication & presentation
skills, writing skills, teaching and occupational health nursing.

Nurhadi Amin

Academic Division Lead

Mr. Nurhadi started his career after completing the study at Academy of Nursing of
Muhammadiyah in Semarang in 1990. He continued the programs of Bachelor of Nursing and
Master of Nursing (Education) of USQ-Australia. Most of his life career are spent overseas i.e. in
Kuwait, United Arab Emirates and now in Qatar. He is expert in Nursing Management, Nursing
Emergency and Medical Surgical Nursing besides being actively involved in both social and
professional activities since he was abroad. He was the President of Indonesian Nurses
Association in Kuwait (INNA-K) in 1994-1995 and the Head of Indonesian Moslem Association
(IMA) UAE, before coming to Qatar. The post with Qatar Petroleum since 2007 up to 2009 was
Senior Charge Nurse, then Occupational Health-Chief Nurse, up to now. Busy activities in the
organization, being the Academic Division Lead with INT at present with wide experience in
different healthcare settings, will surely help you in identifying your training needs while you are
studying leading to your specialties. No wonder, this is the type of quality every nurse should opt

Sugeng Riyadi
Information & Technology Division
Graduated from School of Nursing of Muhammadiyah Pekalongan (1995), then continued his study with Academy
of Nursing in Purwokerto (2001), his experience in mining or industrial nursing as well as ambulance nursing is
unquestionable. His post as an ambulance nurse at a major oil and gas company in Qatar is awarded as a proof that
he is not just an ordinary nurse. Professional trainings such as ITLS, BLS, ALS, and many other international
training certifications make him expert in his field. He is famous for his interest in IT and social as well as
professional lives among Indonesians in Qatar. The leadership talent that he has makes him appointed as the focal
point in various activities among Indonesians in Qatar. Humble but firm; calm and innovative are his characters. If

Wisnuendro Gunawan

He is a simple nursing professional with vast experience in nursing practice and

management. Mr. Wisnu completed the nursing diploma program with Academy of Nursing
in Semarang in 1993. He has been very active in the nursing organization since he was a
student for more than ten years. He travelled a lot! In Natuna, Borneo, Java sea and Arafura
Sea as Offshore Nurse, working with different international organizations. Professionally, he
is rich with international trainings such as Infection Control, Occupational Health, Basic Sea
Survival, EMTB, BLS, ITLS, ACLS and many others. He has active in various professional and
social activities in Qatar. His hobby in photographing makes an added value for his nursing

Mahmudi

Mr. Mahmudi is an example of future nurse for the Indonesian Nursing profession.

Bahrudin Malik

He entered his professional life after finishing the School of Nursing Diploma in
1990. Experience in primary care, hospital and the industrial-related nursing was
started soon after completing his study in Jakarta. He was with and international
company working in gold mining in Indonesia in 1992-1994. Previously, Mr. Bahrudin
went to Kuwait worked in ENT Department for quiet long, from 1994-2006. many
international training standards such as EMTB, ITLS, ACLS and Occupational Health
were grabbed to broaden his knowledge and skills in the world of the nursing
services. He is now working as an ambulance nurse at a major oil and gas company
in Qatar. Besides working, he is an active member of several organizations activities
such as Permiqa and INNA-Q. Open minded, helpful, easy going, thoughtful and
