TERMS OF PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

2. MODE OF PAYMENT: Cash/ Bangalore City cheque/ DD payable at Bangalore / payment through bank /
Wire transfer.Cheques / DD should be drawn in favour of Kidken Edu Solutions
3. TAXES: Current rates of VAT As applicable (For furniture 14.5% Tax). No tax on sales outside India.
Duties as applicable in the buyer's country will be to buyer's account.
4. DELIVERY PERIOD: Ex-stock subject to availability. Maximum of 10 weeks from date of receipt of advance

5. FREIGHT: All prices are ex-our godown. However we will arrange freight by roadways / air / ocean subsequent
to receipt of payment for materials. Freight to buyer's account. Packing charges extra.
6. Any Compaints should be sent within 7 days of receipt of material, in writing. No complaints will be
accepted after the given period and no material will be exchanged or taken back. Telephonic or verbal
complaints will not be accepted
7. To Place Order, Kindly fill the qty you require. Pls sign and Post to our address or E-mail it
8. We reserve the right to amend prices without notice.

9. Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged

10. Weight, Size, Design & Packing may be changed without prior notification.
11. Any disputes would be subject to jurisdiction of Bangalore courts, India
12. Installation charges, if any shall be charged extra. If outstation installations, cost of travel, boarding & lodging extra.
