Preparation
1 Ensure INCOMING indicator lamp (R,S,T) have been ON
2 Ensure all breaker (MCCB,MCB) in HVAC Panel and unit have been
ON
3 Ensure there is no material that prevents the unit to operate
4 Ensure emergency button and emergency signal in release condition
(normal)
Main Control Panel Operation
1 HMI start will show LOGIN SCREEN like this picture below.

Information:
1. Damper status Close
2. Unit status OFF, if unit RUN so indicator become Green
3. Damper status Open
4. Unit status while Trip

Information:
1. Input time to change over AHU and Pressurized FAN. Also
actual time the running time of change over
2. Permissive to run system. Indicator shall be all Green.
3. Set point and range for temperature to be achieved
4. Button to RUN/STOP system in AUTO
5. Indicator of all units contained in the building

Information:
1. Button to silent buzzer when alarm is active
2. Button to alarm reset

Process Trend chart shows a temperature change occurs


Auto Mode
1 For Control Building, there are 3 AHU and 3 DCU unit (Outdoor Unit)
for each AHU. System Auto here is a Parallel Alternate, which
means if the air temperature is read by the sensor is above the air
temperature setpoint (setpoint + range) all the compressor will be
running. After the air temperature read by the sensor is less than or
equal (</=) to the setpoint, the 2 compressor of each AHU will be
running. And all the compressor will be off when the temperature is
below the setpoint (setpoint range).
2 For MCC Room and VSD Room, there are 3 AHU and 4 DCU unit
(Outdoor Unit) on each AHU. System Auto here is the Parallel
Alternate, which means if the air temperature is read by the sensor
is above the air temperature setpoint (setpoint + range) all the
compressor will be running. After the air temperature read by the
sensor is less than or equal (</=) to the setpoint, the 2 compressor of
each AHU will be running. And all the compressor will be off when
the temperature is below the setpoint (setpoint range)
Manual Mode
Operator can RUN manual by push unit picture. Then there is
PopUp to operate the unit manually.
