Took a deposit on a motorcycle from a gentelmen who I was working with the day before. It was a uniqe situation because
of the difference of the balance he needed to pay that the credit union would not finance with. We had to discuss the best
options with how much money we would charge on his card, because of the fact that he would be comming back the next

I was taught how to find a leak in a motorcycle tire. After I found the leak I was instructed on how to fix the problem. It
required to remove the tire off the bike. Debeading the tire, and look at the beading surface for anythign that could cause

Took multiple phone calls that challenged my abilities to adress situations and communicate clearly to individuals. Had to
make a phone call on an individual regarding a bike we were gettting ready to sell that was still not ready to be sold. Had to
explain the situaiton and make sure we were on the same page and told him we would contact him and he could keep in
touch with us. Later in the day had to adress a situation over the phone with a customer who was not happy with a

3/24/17 1-Maintenance Helped bead a tire that was having troubles, required putting the tire on its side and using a high flow air chuck. 0.5 0.5
Helped assembeled forks that had been taken apart for for seals. Assisted in putting the forks back on the motorcycle. It
was a very tedious job that required, pushing, hammering, fitting, holding parts in place, looseing brackets, and bolts and
then putting it back together. To ensure quality on a customers motorcycle, I checked all the key bolts on the front end, 2
pinch bolt, fork head bolts, axle bolts, axle pinch bolts, brake bolts, and fender bolts. Learned more about how to assemble
3/27/17 1-Maintenance and disasemble the forks of a motorcycle, especially in the face of difficult cercumstances, when things have trouble fitting. 2.5 hours 2.5 hours

Checked a Harley davidson Springer. This is a custom bike with a custom front end. A springer is taking away the traditional
internal front suspension and using a external spring, suspension system for the front of the bike. It is completely uniqe and

Checked a Polaris Sportsman 700. It is a ATV something that I dont typically deal with. Required more attention to try and

Filled and incerted a new battery in a Triumph Bonnevill. Had to figure out where the battery was and how to incert it.

Change both the engine and Transmition oil on a dirt bike we recived into the shop. I felt confident I knew how to do it
because I have done simlar work for years. Soon found out that it wasnt as simple as I thought. I didnt know that the
engine and transmition oil were seprate. I had to find the diffrent drain plugs to each. Had to do extensive reaserch to try
and understand the correct process to change both. Made phone calls to other franchied dealers to try and get more
infomation. Learned that the transmition needed specific gear oil and not just standard engine oil. Good learning experience

Filled out a credit application with a customer, he had good credit, money down so all looked to be good. We later learned
that the credit union wouldnt finaniance him because of too much debt to income. Just goes to show that credit score isnt

call when she called with quesitons, then when she came in to look, I worked with her to find an alternative bike after the
one she orginally wanted sold. Gave here all the needed infomration to let her make an infomed decision. She called and
touched base wiht me today, told me where she was at in the sales process, I gave her the needed infomration in return.
