Permissible Purpose:

The Plaintiff, frequent flier and subpoenaing party will use the information to identify persons of interest committing the following
crimes:

Deprivation of rights under color of the law Computer Crime/Hacking Conspiracy Stalking

Harassment Aggravated Battery

In addition to identifying corroborating witnesses, the Plaintiff was present at the Airport at the time/date and was a passenger on the
flights as mentioned.

Note:

When or if filing any opposition to this subpoena, specify specifically the line item in opposition. As the Plaintiff and subpoenaing party
is a long time patron of the Airline and does not believe the Airline would willingly consciously aid and abet to any criminal activity
against him.
