Meeting started with the name of Allah.

ACCA Results

Mr.Kanwar Abid Ali presented the session results and their comparisons with global
and SKANS Lahore. He appreciated that improvements were made since the last
session and wowed to strive for future excellence.

Mr. Anjum Maqsood said that the detailed revision sessions held at the end of the
session had very good response from the students and identified key areas of
improvemenst which lead to improved performance in his respective papers.

Mr. Arslan Arif noted that with the interest being shown in the quarterly batches by
the students should be taken seriously and quarterly batches should be started as
soon as possible for better student retention. He also discussed that P3 result has
shown an improvement as he specifically focused on writing skills and time
management of the students.

Mr. Kanwar Abid and Mr.Amjad Kareem seconded the opinion of Mr.Arslan Arf and
coordination was asked to consider this proposal and start planning for it.

Mr. Sajid Mehmood and Amjad Kareem noted that due to student induction from
AFD to F5 and F6 being a couple of weeks late they increased the class timings to
accommodate late students and this extra effort has resulted in better results .

It was also discussed by Kanwar Abid Ali that as number of students in Optional
papers is relatively low the results can vary sometimes but greater attention is
required in those area

Others

Mr. Kanwar Abid told that following improvements were planned in campus outlook
during the last meeting and all of them have been incorporated:

(a) White wash of complete campus

(b) Tile flooring of admission/front office and change in furniture
(c) Replacement of student chairs
(d) Improved security measures by adding barriers, increased height of boundary
wall, and improved security camera. These actions are required on urgent
basis due to terrorism threat to schools and colleges.
(e) Installation of new electric water cooler for drinking water

Mr.Kanwar Abid specially lauded the efforts of Mr.habibullah in ensuring the timely
implementation of these improvements.

Mr. Kanwar Abid also told that retention has shown an upward trend which is a good
sign.

Mr. Kanwar Abid asked all faculty members to continue the extra practice and
revision sessions on Saturdays.
Mr.Rizwan requested the faculty to inform the coordination at least 3 days prior of
holding an extra class so that proper arrangements can be smoothly handled.

Mr. Qaiser Maqbool discussed the CBE appearance plan of his current FAB batch so
that the F5 and F6 batch can be planned accordingly.
