The Department of Homeland Security ("OHS") and the respondent have filed a joint motion

to reopen and terminate these proceedings, without prejudice so that the respondent can pursue

an application for an I-601A waiver before the United States Citizenship and Immigration

Services and consular processing as the spouse of a United States citizen. The motion to reopen

is granted, and these proceedings are terminated without prejudice.
