Overall Role Purpose This role has facility responsibility for Security and Operational
Resilience Programs to include Security (with enhanced C-TPAT role),
Occupational Health and Safety, Business Continuity Management and
Transportation Security Administration (TSA) (currently in discussion),
on a facility level.
As part of the DGF VAS (Value Added Services) the role contributes to
the development and provision of products and services to support
business growth.

Specialized OHS experience (area specific).
Understanding of Security and Operational Resilience standards
Experience in the field of logistics and transportation

Proven track record of strategic thinking
Proficiency in change management and negotiation skills
Experience in driving strategic direction
Excellent communication skills and also cross-cultural competency
and interpersonal understanding
Customer-oriented acting and capable to manage improvement
projects

Expected years of experience At least 5 years in the logistics field preferred.

Educational Qualifications College degree or experience equivalent preferred.
