We are excited to host your annual student awards luncheon on the 15th of April! The Hilltop presentation room is
available upon the date you requested from 7:45 A.M. until 4:00 P.M. This room seats up to 300 guests and also
has a gorgeous view of the University.

Ms. Jones, we are pleased to inform you that we are able to meet and exceed your requests as followed:

The audiovisual equipment is available for free just as you asked. The screen is also free for your usage as
well. We also provide a projector and this comes with a $75.00 charge, but this charge is usually $150.00
and we are discounting this just for you to half the price.
Ron Reynolds will be your contact, our excellent Guest Services manager. He is available at 555-1101 and
we can guarantee he will be able to set up whatever you need done as he has over 30 years of experience
and 20 with Mountain Top Inn Suites.
We also provide custom dcor for the occasion if you do not want to bother with outside sources. We can
also provide the dcor at a much lower rate than many other companies since you are booking such a
large venue through Mountain Top Inn Suites.
We are also pleased to inform you that we offer a variety of meal choices that fit just right to your price
range.
- Beer- battered tilapia served with fresh Caesar salad. This option is $16.00.
- Breaded chicken, garlic roasted mashed potatoes, and green beans. This option is $17.50
We also have two other meal options that are $20.00.
- Strip steak, garlic roasted mashed potatoes, buttered Brussel sprouts, with Coca-Cola drink options
and choice of salted caramel brownie or chocolate cake alamode.
- Hand-battered gulf shrimp, served with crab cake and your choice of French fries or coleslaw. Also
include any of our Coca-Cola drink options along with the salted caramel brown or chocolate cake
alamode.
