Assessment Evidence/Artifacts of Learning

Formative (Pre) Assessment - Describe your method(s). What questions will you ask? What types of tasks
will you ask them to demonstrate?
- Handball: partner tosses and throwing at targets the first day will demonstrate what level each
student is at.
- Ultimate: Questions based on prior knowledge and observation of how students throw and catch
the Frisbees will demonstration what level students are at.
- I feel these methods will allow instant activity while allowing me to watch how students perform
in the beginning stages of each activity.

Summative (Post) Assessment Performance Tasks - Describe your method(s). What types of tasks will
you ask them to demonstrate?

- Summative (final test): I would give students a written exam based on what they learned from
invasion games or the concepts associated with it.

Suggested Enrichment Activities:

- Play music during class
- Post rules and routines on gym wall

Suggested Modifications:
- Make larger targets.
- Use larger balls
- Slow down gameplay
- Larger playing area
