Screenprinting
o I took an intensive summer course at VCU focusing on the basics of
screenprinting. I learned how to properly coat a silk screen, make an
exposure, wash out the emulsion, and make prints using this method
Technical Drawing
o I took a drawing for non majors course at VCU where I used various
materials such as graphite, colored pencils, conte crayons, and gouache to
produce drawings from observation

The Sierra Club
o Ive helped the Sierra Club with social media promotion for a couple of their
events. Ive also helped them by putting up flyers and tabling at a handful of
their events, encouraging passerbys to sign petitions and letters for various
causes regarding the environment.


Teaching
Undergaduate Teaching Assistant for Focused Inquiry Courses at Virginia
Commonwealth University
o Responsibilities included Leading class every Friday by creating a
presentation and activity for the students to participate in during class.
Putting together lesson plans, creating online course modules and
activities as supplements for what was being taught in class, being a
resource for students when they needed assistance, and assisting
students in the revising process for their essays.
