Mothers should stay at home here means that mothers dont have to go
outside to work and spend their time to do the households and look after
their kids. I strongly agree with this motion, because basically being a
mother is a job that every women should have and one of Gods aim to
create a woman. Instead, I have several reason to support my opinion.

1. Mothers can watch their childrens social and emotional development

By staying at home, mothers can directly pay attention to their childrens

social or emotional needs. Mothers can control their children such as get
knowing who their childrens friends are, how their childrens school life or
friendship is, and can solve their childrens problem together.

2. Being a mother is a sacred role

As what I have said before, women are creatures who are created by God
to be a mother. they have womb and they birth a child. Babies can grow
up because of mothers milk which cant be replaced by any formula
milks. The communication and strong bonds between mothers and their
baby is needed to help the babys growth both physically and
psycologically. Because of that, women have the biggest responsibility to
take care of their children.

3. Renting childcare is expensive and is a bad option

Why a childcare is not a good option? Because when a mother goes to work, she will job a
childcare to look after her children. The disadvantages of using this option is mothers cant
control their childrens growth directly. And if they give a job to a wrong childcare, the
childrens development of social life and emotion will be hardly controllable. Even the worst
thing is, the children will have higher risk to be induced in violence, like kidnapping or
abusing.

4. Mothers who work will be suffering in emotional control

A working mother will have harder burdens of life and shoul keep her family and
her job in balance. Her job will affect her emotion state when shes at home and vice
versa. Badly, if she isnt wise enough, the stressor she gets from her job can be
brought to her households life and shell be hard to pay attention to her children
properly. Because of that, the children will seek attention from other places that
may be bad for their emotional development.
5. couples of conflict will occured if mothers are going to work

If both of the parents are working, it may cause a conflict between the
mother and the father. The conflict may be caused by the different fees or
the lack of gathering time in family. Besides, the children will be out of
control. The lack of the parents care will suffer the childrens confidence
in society, makes them feeling insecured, and trapped them into risk of
drugs abuse because of wrong friendship.

Well, its undeniable if a family needs more money to fulfill their needs
such as education, emergency leaves, food, supplies, etc. However, if the mother is really
needed to work, they dont have to go out of their home and leave their children. This is a digital
era, we can use the internet for business, so I think mothers can do businesses such as selling
clothes or food through the digital world. There are so many websites which can help everyone
to do this kind of business, and they can keep paying attention to their children wholy.

Talking about a mother should stay at home and look after their kids, I doubt that
its a good thing. Why? Because, in this modern era, staying at home isnt enough to
complete the family needs. The family still need an extra job while the father has
done so many side jobs. So, thats a mothers obligation to help the father.
Furthermore, there are few reasons why mother shouldnt stay at home and can go
working.

1. A working mother can give a good example for their children.

A mother who is used to go working when she was young wont be happy to play
their role only as a household and do the childcare. Surely, this may cause
depression and will give bad impacts for the children during the households life. In
contrary, a working mother who has good prestige and satisfaction in her career will
be a good example for her children. After they grow up, theyll get inspiration from
their mother to achieve their ambition and reach their dreams.

2. there has been woman emancipation

In this modern era, a womans task isnt only in the kitchen or any households
things. A woman can also achieve her dream as what she wants. Just like what R.A
Kartini or Dewi Sartika had done in the past, a working mother also can teach her
daughter to achieve her goals though they are women.

3. the children can learn about hard work, responsibility, and independence from
their working mother

Because the children have to stay away from their mother most of the time, children
can learn about the essensiality of independence in their daily life. They wont ask
their mothers help to do everything. This can prepare them to face the real life and
make them being responsible.

4. children can have better life from their parents money

The money collected by both father and mother can be used to give their children
better life quality. Their children can go to the best school in the regency, achieve
their doctoral study and have a prosperity life.
5. a working mother would be able to stand alone if they are divorced or the father
is dead

In a family, the mother and her children cant depend on the father forever. Nobody
knows when the father dies. Thats why, a mother should go to work so she can
fulfill the family needs with her effort and wont struggle the family. Through work, a
mother will learn how to be strong and independent.

Not only that, mothers are needed to go work because fatherss job arent always
stable. Therefore, the family can fulfill the daily needs with mothers side income.

Because women have a right to do whatever they want and are not slaves. What is the difference
between males and females? Why is it always women? Why can't men stay home? Women are
just as important as men are. I think i said exactly what was on my mind about women portrayal.

financial situation. Some families have no choice but for both parents to work and to be fair,
statistics I have read about all prove that there is no harm done to the children. Although, I do
feel as though bonding and family time is a necessity. Children need to know their parents and

I strongly agree with this motion, that this house will reduce the usage of plastic bags for
food and beverage. Its important because according to a study held in San Jose,
California headed by an enviromental technic professor of University of Georgia, about
8,8 million tons plastic is ended up thrown into the sea all over the world, far higher than
the estimations before. And terribly, the half of the total plastic trash is sourced from

From the study result, we can see that the big usage of plastic bag for foods and
beverage gives a huge bad impact for the environment. Why? Here are some reason:

1. Plastic bags are not biodegradable.

Plastic bags are made from petroleum, a source which isnt renewable. The chemical bonds
in the plastic bags are anorganic and the microorganism inside the soil need a very long time
to decompose that anorganic bonds. Not in ten years or ninty years, but up to a hundred
years. Besides, the anorganic bonds are very hazardous to the nutrients in the soil, ruining
the pH of the water, and also killing the decomposer.

2. Plastic bags also pose a serious danger to birds and marine mammals that often mistake
them for food. Floating plastic bags regularly fool sea turtles into thinking they are one of
their favorite prey, jellyfish. Thousands of animals die each year after swallowing or choking
on discarded plastic bags.

3. Plastic bags exposed to sunlight for long enough do undergo some physical breakdown.

4. Producing plastic bags, transporting them to stores, and bringing the used ones to landfills
and recycling facilities require millions of gallons of petroleum, a non-renewable resource
which can arguably better used for more beneficial activities like transportation or heating.

And then, is tha usage of plastic bags are reduced, what can we do if were going to the
grocery store and buying foods and beverages?

Of course, theres one easy way to trick this. We should bring a fabric bag along if were
going to the grocery store. And please, bring the enough size so that you wont be confused
if you buy a big amount of food.

Im afraid i cant agree with this motion. Plastic bags, nowadays, is an important thing to help
us carrying things such as food and beverage. There are so many plastic bags provided in
so many grocery store. And if the house will reduce the usage of plastic bags, i think it will
invoke a few problems.

1. were living in globalization era.

Everything goes fast in this era. And the culture of this lifestyle needs a fast problem solving
too. Because of the rapid lifestyle movement, the grocery store wont be able to make
grocery bags from fabrics or papers. Instead of taking too much time, it also costs a big fee
that will burden the store itself.

2. paper usage is very lacking.

If plastic bags are made of petroleum, so paper usage is made from trees. Yes, TREES. We
have to cut down so many trees to make paper bags which are quickly disposable. It will take
much time to produce and pollute the environment just same as making plastic bags.
Instead, the safety uf using this bag is low. The bag may be easily ripped off because of
overload or the melting ice cream you buy.

3. plastic bags are economic

Economic here means both customers or the grocery store just have to pay
cheap for a bag with varieties of size. Also, Plastic bags are more durable than
paper bags. They are less prone to tearing, easier to carry, and are far more
useful in the rain.

4. Plastic bags are reusable for a variety of purposes, with many people
using them as trashcan liners or to pack and store miscellaneous items. Plastic
bags last considerably longer than plastic bags and be rinsed out and
repurposed, unlike paper bags.

5. plastic bags have its advantage to the environmental, too.

There are several important ecological advantages of plastic grocery bags over
paper shopping bags. Because they weigh so much less, they contribute far
less solid waste to landfills when not recycled. According to the EPA, paper bag
production requires 40 percent more energy than the production of plastic
bags. Paper bag manufacturing also results in 50 percent more water pollution
and 70 percent more air pollution than plastic bag manufacturing.
 So, if this house will reduce the usage of paper bags, they have to think
once again about the economic side and the lifestyle of the citizen.
THBT sex education should be given earlier to junior high school students

I agree that sex education should be given earlier to junior high school
students. Because, basically most of adolescent boys or girls are getting
their first menstruation or nocturnal emission during their time in junior
high school. Here are some reasons why im agree with this motion.

1. adolescents boys and girls wont be shocked with their phisycal and
hormonal changes.

Reason:

- when adolescent boys and girls are entering their puberty, the hormonal
changes inside their body will affect their physical appearance. In boys,
their voice will be deeper, the adams apple will be shown in their neck,
mouctaches and beards will grow in their faces (also hair in their armpit
and around their genital, also occuren in girls). Meanwhile in girls, their
voices will be softlier, their breasts will grow, there are fat around their
waist, etc. And through the education, they may learn that these changes
are normal so that they wont explore it to answer their curiosity, also they
will be warned not to use these changes as a mocking object in somebody.

2. to prevent the sexual abuse between teenagers

Reason:

- lately, the number of sexual abuse in teenagers in alarming. according to

republika.co.id, in 2014 there are 35 cases of women abuse, and its
including the sexual abuse in teenage girls. And this number doesnt
include the case of sodomi in boys. Because of that, through the sexual
education, teenagers may learn the sensitive part of them which are
forbidden to be touched, know kinds of sexual abuse in society and know
how to protect themselves from the sexual abuse.

3. the teenagers can be avoided from the sexually transmitted diseases or

infections

Reason:

- Through the education, teachers can teach the students about STD
and STI, the danger of them, how they are transmitted and how to
avoid from them. So that they may think twice if they want to do the
sexual activity.
- Teenagers have to be taught about the responsibility if they want to
be sexually active.

- Teenagers have to be avoided from LGBT, to know that they are

created in pair, male and female.

2. their curiosity is so big that they may search any information about sex
everywhere

Students may search information through the internet, while much

information from the internet are incorrect or doubtful. It may push the
students into a wrong knowledge about sex.

3. the teenagers brain will be contaminated with sex

Reason:

1. because of the teenagers curiosity, theyll learn about sex everywhere,

and it cant be avoided that they may learn from the pornography

pornography would make teenagers addicted because it can induce the
brain to produce dopamine. Besides, it will affect the long term memory
that teenagers will be affected in way of thinking in such a way that he or she will
consistently look for the same kind of experience from others. This can be devastating in the
long run. And to the worse thing, pornography will lead the teenagers to have a attention
deficit disorder, which means he or she keeps on looking for satisfaction instead of focusing
on more mundane, everyday things.

Reason:

- Eventhough they are criminals and have done so many bad things, they
are just a human. They have their fundamental rights to live. In that case,
by letting them alive, there will come a time to them when they feel regret
of what they have done and wont do their past sin like taking anyones
life.

2. nothing is perfect in this world, including laws.

Reason:

- how can the judge can judge the criminal? What if the proves are
wrong and they punish a wrong person? Theres nothing can
guarantee that we, as the judge, have punish a right criminal. And
when we realize it, its already too late.

3. death penalty isnt a real good solution

Reason:

- not all of humans are fear of death. For example are the terrorism,
they are truly taking action only to get themselves killed by bombs.
Eventhough this death penalty keeps held by the goverment, why
should they do this covertly? If they want to give any criminals a
detterent effect, they should do the penalty openly or publicly.
However, is there anyone in this country who dare to watch? I think
no, or they are totally a psycho.

- talking about forgiveness and victims, theres no one in this world who
are willing to let their beloved ones killed by anyone. Instead, theres
nothing can guarantee if the killer wont do their action again. Also, for the
sake of everyone, and to give the justice for the victims, a death penalty is
better than only imprisoned and or paying amount of fees.
THS stop health insurance monopoly by government health insurance

Because by using government health insurance, people have to pass

several procedure which difficult them to get the health services
immediately.

1. the procedure is quite long

If a citizen get sick and need a threatment soon, he or she who is a

insurance member cant go to the hospital directly. That person should go
to a physician first or citizen health centre (puskesmas). So, if the disease
theyre suffering is severe, theyll need a referral letter from the physician
or the puskesmas so they can go to the hospital. However if the disease is
just a small disease, they will get a sober medicine. Meanwhile, in many
health insurance, you can go to the hospital directly if necessary.

2. the members still have to pay some medicines by their own money.

Eventhough the insurance pays for the medicine you take, there are
several medicines whis are out of the insurances (anggaran). Also, the
hospitalization fee paid from the insurance is only for the class 1. So if the
patient needs a medicine and its out of the (anggaran), he/she should
pay it from his/her pocket. One thing important is, there are some
medicines which are expensive, and those with low economic class wont
be able to use the insurance, how can they be recovered?

3. the members have to go to the registered hospital

When somebody, a BPJS member is sick and is referred to a hospital, he or

she should go to a hospital which are in coordination with BPJS only. The
mater is when theres a nearby hospital in the regency but isnt registered
as in coordination with BPJS, so he/she should go futher to the hospital out
of the town, meawhile the health service quality in the reffered hospital
may not be better than the nearby hospital.

3. Mungkin saja ngantri. Lantaran banyak peserta BPJS serta minim tersedianya rumah
sakit yang melayani, jadi kerapkali terjadi antrian. Dalam sebagian masalah, kadang-
kadang peserta BPJS berkesan dinomorduakan. Tidak sama dengan peserta asuransi

I cant agree if this house would stop health insurance monopoly by the
government. Because if this insurance, or we called as BPJS, is stopped, it
means that all the citizens have to register to other insurance agencies or
dont have any. Meanwhile, using the common health insurance also has
its own disadvantages, such as:

1. the premium fee of the common health insurance is expensive: for

example theres a health insurance which obligated the member to pay
the compensation of hospitalization 500.000 per day for 90 days or
maximum 45.000.000. meanwhile in BPJS, the member should pay only
25.000 for class III, 42.500 for class II, and 59.500 for class III, all per
month.

2. common health insurance requires the pre existing condition.

Registrator who has a disease history will be given more expensive
premium or even rejected. Different with BPJS, it doesnt mater whether
the registrator is healthy or have a disease history before.

3. requires medical check up. The impact of pre existing condition

reqirement, the registrator should do the medical check up. While BPJS
doesnt require so, because theres no pre existing condition for sure.

4. imposing plafond. Common health insurance imposes specific plafonds

for the hospitalization days and the fee. In the other hand, BPJS theres no
plafond limitation. All the cost are guaranteed by BPJS as long as the
standard which has been assigned.

Furthermore, what happens if the citizen has no health insurance because

they are from low economic class? Those who doesnt have any health
insurance will be suffering from financial mess. Instead, they wont be
able to check up their health status earlier because they have no hospital
access. And lastly, they will be struggled if they want to get an advance
service because they dont have money to pay, though the hospital will
keep giving the service without seeing the patients financial condition at
first.
