WHAT ARE THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS?


SEEK Educational Program - The Search for Education, Elevation, and Knowledge - is the higher education opportunity program at the four year CUNY colleges. It was
established to provide comprehensive academic support to assist capable students who otherwise might not be able to attend college due to their educational and

College Discovery (CD) Educational Program - College Discovery is the higher education opportunity program at the two year CUNY colleges. It was
established to provide comprehensive academic support to assist capable students who otherwise might not be able to attend college due to their

Accelerated Study in Associate Program (ASAP) - ASAP has helped thousands of CUNY students earn their associate degree in three years or less by
providing comprehensive advisement, career development, academic supports, and financial resources, including full-tuition assistance (for students in
receipt of financial aid), MTA MetroCards, and textbook vouchers. Students must attend school full-time and have no more than two developmental course
needs based on scores on the CUNY Assessment Tests. ASAP is available at all community colleges (except Guttman Community College), as well as at
College of Staten Island, Medgar Evers College, and New York City College of Technology.
