3) Take a minute to tell us about yourselves as a team. How do you know each other? Where and in
what context did you meet? What is keeping you together?
Though we found it later on that we were writing the entrance test CLAT in the same room
which was a big co-incidence .Further moving to the same college and corridor, indeed
something was destined. Hostel neighbours room no 32-34.
Anu was an electronic geek always into his business over his laptop and almost every
possible electronic gadget in his room and I was a bit studious in early days till I found my
interest in co curricular activities. We both were known for our cleanliness and discipline we
maintained in our rooms everything neat and clean, properly managed.
He used to do business over Skype and use to guide me how he manages everything. We
have similar backgrounds; belong to the same city and same college. We have many traits in
common. We wanted to do something big for the society to bring a change. We have similar
roots: working since our school days as we always used to run short of money in our school
days, so always running for work.
Being beginners but sound enough to understand practicalities of life and some business
ethics. We believe in Hard work. It may turn out to be late but success will surely come.
Money is not always the answer for business: satisfaction is and. There will be a time
when you will have what you cant count. Business is like marital relationship of
PRODUCT and MARKETING both have to be compatible and good in order to live long.

MESS CONTRACTOR : as we were a part of our college mess committee we share a unique
bond with our mess contractor who always guided as how to run the college mess collectively
with limited funds and high output delivery. our mess was co-operative in nature which gave
us a better insight of food industry.
DIETICIANS : we are lucky enough to have a family of doctors who are always to assist us
about what is good and bad for healthy body.
ASAD AYUB : Our marketing and technical advisor who is currently working in Greece over
an I.T. project. He has earlier worked with

ANU SINGH:
COZY CALLS - My first job after my 10th boards and worked as an calling executive and
worked for 5 months but due to non payment I have to quit and then I started my own on
the same concept and succeeded by getting direct clients online.
ESTELLE COMMUNICATIONS PVT LTD: I worked with this company for almost two
years 2008 to 2010 and worked on many outbound campains and run many online
payment processing affiliates.
FREELANCER - Started VOIP termination and planned to launch calling card system in
Greece. Since my college days I was not engaged directly with any company but always
remain touched with my clients and used to work as a free lancer.
AARIF MOHD:
EDUCATION 360* : Co-Founder of education 360* and online teaching portal for civil
services aspirants. Started in Amritsar which is now operational from Bangalore. It was a
failure but later turned out to be moderately successful.

ALL WOMEN KITCHEN: Who better than a MOTHER knows what to cook , how to cook , how to make people
lick their fingers.
RESTAURANTS: Our own restaurant chains in various cities over a period of time to capture the market.
GO INTERNATIONAL: Providing budget meals to Indians located in various countries of the world.
SCHOOL CHILDREN : We will also be delivering lunch boxes to school going children and delivering it early
morning, this will be a boon for working mothers.
8). What motivated you to you think of building this business? [A personal experience, a specific event, what?]
Being a law graduate we know and respect that every citizen has a right to food under article
21 of Constitution of India. Government under various programmes tries to implement it, but
unfortunately fails to deliver what it promises.
There are 820 million hungry people in the world and out of which 1/3rd are in India. Nearly
25 lacs Indians die of hunger every year. Apart from hunger there are many who are
malnourished, so the problem lies in both having food and even in not having food.
With limited satellite towns in India people migrate to big cities in need of education,
employment and resources. There is only one thing which bothers them and their family is
food , the same problem Mahatma Gandhi faced in London during his graduation at Inner
temple . Time has changed but the situation remains the same.
People when move to different cities find difficult to find budget food for themselves so that
they can afford it on everyday basis. One cant have expensive food from restaurants on a
daily basis.
The issue is not only about the affordable food but at the same time it must be nutritious ,
hygienic, healthy, fresh and must be served hot.
Different body types and people performing different tasks need body calories as per that a
student preparing for an entrance exam requires different diet whereas a person pulling a
rickshaw throughout the day needs something MORE to his body AT a price which doesn't
makes a hole in his pocket.
Similar problems are also faced by the Indians when they go abroad.
Past Experience - We have been actively involved in mess committees for the college hostel
and always found out that students are never happy with their mess arrangement, and the
basic problem faced by a student staying away from his home is food. This is the only thing
which keeps even his mother awake kilometres away.

Yes we have applied for copyright protection and registered both the ventures under the
name of SAUCER INTERNATIONAL
10) Who will use your product or service? Why do you think so? What do you really know about
them?
SCHOOL AND COLLEGE STUDENTS: Millions of students reside at one prime location
of any city making an easy market for us to cater them. They are the one who actually
require the budget meals as they live on constraint budgets living on foreign land. We
will also be providing lunch boxes to the school going children early morning making it
easy for working women.
BACHELOR YOUTH: Similarly like students there are people who move to satellite
towns in search of employment to further divide it, this is the segment of bachelor youth
living in cities working in various firms and institutions.
CORPORATE EVENTS AND FUNCTIONS: We will be catering our services to various
corporate events and functions.
FAMILY AND LOCALS : As we will be running live kitchens providing take away service
as well as we can cater local food market where people can generally order our budget
food when their parents are not home or simply to enjoy our food.we want to the best
option for them when they want to eat something healthy and economical.
INTERNATIONAL MARKET : We have a huge market base on foreign land. There is
hardly any place on earth where you can find Indians. They face the same problem there
too. They look for delicious Indian food there as well we want to be the best option for
them.
DEMAND FOR DIETICIANS : We will be dealing with dieticians which comprises
of strong market demand.
CATERING MARKET: We will also be providing our Catering team to various functions
and events.
DONATION MARKET: As we are a platform for donations. People will be buying the
meal boxes for poor as well. So we hope to introduce the online version of philanthropy
to the nation and create a potential business for us in this segment.

16) Who are your competitors? What differentiates you from them?
There are only few local applications running.This is a new sector.
URBAN CLAP: It provides tiffin service along with various other services.it
doesnt focus entirely on food business due to which people cant bank on
them for food services.
INNERCHEF: they are into food business and provide packaged food but at
entirely different concept. they serve different cuisines on extrmely high
prices which a person cant afford on regular basis.they have reached a
minimum userbase still manage to make good profits which is a good sign
for us.
LOCAL TIFFIN SERVICES : Services of Local Tiffin are never appreciated
as they never focus on quality and if they do then they hamper the quantity
they never manage the ratio between the two. these are the middle class
segment working on indeginous models and try to make maximum profit by
exploiting the customers.
LOCAL VENDORS AND RESTAURANTS : We are more than a tiffin
service. We dont have to take them as huge competition as they are not
used by people on regular ocassions they are enjoyed on cassions but not
as regular meals as the spending capacity of indian market still has to reach
heights with respect to earnings.
17) How many jobs will your business generate in the next three years?
We have not yet figured out but we are working on women empowerment and
employment for the needy, So definitely we are expecting to at least create ten
thousand jobs in next 3 years.
FOOD FOR ALL: Donation campaign- We are launching ever lasting donation
campaign in India. One can buy food for anybody and donate it through our platform,
each collected dabbaaa will be reflected on our website and app. Any needy person
can collect it from our store or mobile van. We will be delivering them to poor section
of the society. Each employee of the company would donate each dabbaaa to the
free dabbaaa campaign every week. There will be a day when we will be able to
collect millions of dabbaaa from the nation and then we will feed the needy areas of
the country like flood affected regions and drought hit areas.
All WOMEN kitchen : We will be running all women kitchen promoting women
empowerment. Who better than a mother knows how to make people lick their
fingers.
