Kami Malnaa to
speak on May 30
Glasgow Scotty Great, Kami
Malnaa, will be the featured speaker
at this years Scotty Booster Clubs
All-Sports Banquet on Tuesday, May
30th at St. Raphaels Gymnasium.
Kami was a three-sport standout
and a 1998 Glasgow High School
Graduate. During her time at GHS,
Kami was a two-time 1st Team All-
State selection in both basketball
and volleyball.
She led the Scotties to two state
volleyball Championships and a
runner-up finish at the 1997 State
B Basketball tournament, where she
garnered tournament MVP honors.
After High School, she attended
Montana State University-Billings
to play basketball and earned
her Bachelors Degree in health
promotion and her Masters Degree
in athletic training.
On the college hardwood, Kami
was a two-year team captain for the Kami Malnaa, GHS Wall of Famer
Yellowjackets and earned First Team in 2002 and was named the Harold Kami entered the coaching
All-Conference Honors. She was Alterowitz Most Outstanding profession, spending the past 15
named first team all-conference in Student-Athlete in 2002. She ranks years as a sideline mentor. She has
2002 and served as a team captain third all-time in school history in been coaching Division I Womens
