INFORMATION

The undersigned City Prosecutor, upon sworn complaint originally filed by the
offended party
, accuses Ian Angelo m. Montero of the crime of Infanticide, committed as follows :

That on or about the 29th day of August , 2015 , at around 9:00 oclock in the
evening , in the City of Muntinlupa , Philippines , within the jurisdiction of his
honorable Court , the above-named accused , with deliberate intent to kill ,
motivated with his desire to conceal the extra-marital affair he had with Rubilyn
Lopez , his step-daughter , did then there willfully , unlawfully and feloniously ,
strange a baby girl , Reinalyn Lopez , born out of his carnal relationship with Rubilyn
Lopez , who often was only two (2) days old from birth , and as a result of which ,
caused the former her unexpected and untimely demise.
