INSTRUCTIONS

Passbook with photograph/Photo Identity proof issued by a Gazetted Officer (on official letterhead)/Photo Identity proof
issuedbyaPeoplesRepresentative(onofficialletterhead)/IdentityCardissuedbyarecognisedCollege/University/Aadhar
Cardwithaphotograph/EmployeeID)inoriginalaswellasaphotocopy.Pleasenotethatyournameasappearingonthecall
letter(providedbyyouduringtheprocessofregistration)shouldexactlymatchthenameasappearingonthephotoidentity
proof. If there is any mismatch between the name indicated in the Call Letter and Photo Identity Proof you will not be
allowedtoappearfortheexam.
RationCardwillnotbeacceptedasvalidIDproof.
Incaseofcandidateswhohavechangedtheirname,willbeallowedonlyiftheyproduceoriginalGazette
notification/theiroriginalmarriagecertificate/affidavitinoriginal.
2. Thephotocopyofphotoidentityproofshouldbesubmittedalongwiththecallletter,totheinvigilatorsintheexamination
hallfailingwhichhe/shewillnotbepermittedtoappearforthetest.Thecallletteralongwiththephotocopyofphotoidentity
proofdulystapledtogethershouldbesubmittedtotheinvigilatorintheexaminationhallfailingwhichthecandidatewillnot
bepermittedtoappearforthetest.DonotforgettowriteyourRegistrationNo.andRollNo.onthephotocopyofPhoto
Identityproof.CandidatesshouldputtheirLeftThumbImpressionclearlyandsignintherespectivespaceprovidedonthe
callletterinthepresenceoftheinvigilator.
3. AhandoutgivinginformationaboutthetypeoftestyouwillbetakingisavailableonIBPSwebsite.Pleasedownloadthebookletand
studyitcarefully.InadditionalinkforamocktestwillbeavailableontheIBPSwebsite.
4. Youshouldalsobringstationarysuchaspencils,eraserandaballpointpenwithyoutotheexaminationhall.
5. Pleasenotethatyouareallowedtoappearonlyoncefortheexaminationforabovementionedpost.Multipleappearances
willresultincancellationofcandidature.Incasemorethanonecallletterhasbeengenerated,youareadvisedtoappearonly
onceonthedateandatthetimementionedontherespectivecallletter.Allothercalllettersaretobesurrendered.

safekeepingcannotbeassured.Anycandidatefoundresortingtoanyunfairmeansormalpracticeoranymisconductwhileappearing
attheexaminationincludinggiving/receivinghelpto/fromanycandidateduringthetestwillbedisqualified.Thecandidateshouldbe
vigilanttoensurethatnoothercandidateisabletocopyfromhis/heranswers.IBPSwouldbeanalysingtheresponses(answers)
ofindividualcandidateswithothercandidatestodetectpatternsofsimilarityofrightandwronganswers.Ifintheanalytical
procedureadoptedbyIBPSinthisregard,itisinferred/concludedthattheresponseshavebeensharedandscoresobtained
are not genuine/valid, IBPS reserves right to cancel the candidature of the concerned candidates and the result of such

Camera,Anymetallicitem,Anyeatableitemopenedorpacked,waterbottle,Anyotheritemwhichcouldbeusedforunfairmeansfor
hidingcommunicationdeviceslikecamera,bluetoothdevicesetc.
AllornamentslikeRing,Earrings,Nosepin,Chain/Necklace,Pendants,Badge,broochetc.shouldbethoroughlychecked.
9. Anyonefoundtobedisclosing,publishingreproducing,transmitting,storingorfacilitatingtransmissionandstorageoftestcontentsin
anyformoranyinformationthereininwholeorpartthereoforbyanymeansverbalorwritten,electronicormechanicalortakingaway
thepaperssuppliedintheexaminationhallorfoundtobeinunauthoirsedpossessionoftestcontentislikelytobeprosecuted.
10. PersonswithDisabilities(PWD)shouldcontacttheTestCentreAdministratorofthetestvenueatleast30minutesbeforethetimeof
examinationforassistanceinseating,ifneeded.
11. Anyrequestforchangeofcentre/venuewillnotbeentertained.
12. Youmaypleasenotethatthiscallletterdoesnotconstituteanofferofemploymentbyany/allParticipatingOrganisations.
