I NOTICE INVITING TENDER

1. Astrum Devlopers Private Limited, 91, Kalpataru Synergy, opp. Grant Hayatt,
Santacruz (E), Mumbai 400055, India hereby invite you to tender on item rate basis
for the External Faade Work for Kalpataru Jade Residences at Baner on the
property in.

2. The tender documents and drawings (in soft copy format) will be sent by email from
M/s.RSM Design Solutions.

3. Submission of Tender with our consultants tender drawings:

a) Notice of invitation
b) Instruction to bidders
c) GCC & SCC
d) Terms & Conditions to Bidders.
e) Brief of Project & Contractors scope of work
f) Bill of Quantities
g) Technical Specification.

5. The Hard copy of the Tender documents shall be submitted on or before DD-MM-
YYYY with the name of the work super scribed on the envelopes written prominently
to Mr. Jayant Oswal & Mr. Amit Bapat, Astrum Devlopers Private Limited, 911,
Kalpataru Synergy, opp. Grant Hayatt, Santacruz (E), Mumbai 400055, India. The
full name and postal address of the tenderer shall be written on the bottom left hand
corner of the sealed cover. The sealed tender shall be submitted to the address
mentioned above and also send a soft copy of BOQ by email to
jayant.oswal@kalpataru.com, amit.bapat@kalpataru.com, rsmdspl@gmail.com,
gunjan.modi@rsmdspl.com, rakesh.morudkar@rsmdspl.com

6. The tenders shall be submitted in the following manner and shall contain details
/ Documents listed below.

6.1 One sealed envelope super scribed (in addition to the name of the work) Technical /
Condition Bid containing the following:

 I. A complete set of the tender document as issued duly filled and signed by the
tenderer.

II. List of works carried out by the tenderer during the last five years with names and
addresses of the customers.

III. Exceptions and deviations which tenderer may desire to stipulate. (Tenderers are
advised to submit the tenders based strictly on the Conditions of Contract and
specifications contained in the tender documents and not to stipulate any
deviations should it. However, become unavoidable, deviations may be
stipulated. The owners reserve the right to reject such deviations or evaluate the
tenderer containing deviations having financial implication, by adding the cost for
such deviations as may be determined by the owners.)

6.2 One sealed envelope superscripted (in addition to the name of the work), commercial
bid containing the complete set of the tender document (as mentioned in 3) as
issued, duly filled and signed by the tenderer.

6.3 Tender shall be signed wherever provided for as well as all the pages of tender
documents shall be initialed at the lower right hand corner by the tenderer.

7. Acceptance of the tender will be rest with the Employer/Owner who reserves the
right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reasons.

7.1 All the rates mentioned in the tender are inclusive of all taxes at the end with break
up for, excise-duties/levies/ transport, Government Statutory requirement charges
etc., and shall remain firm till completion of work, no escalation in price will be
payable for whatsoever reasons.

8. This tender notice shall form part of the Contract.
