German Equity Forum 2013

Edison, Deutsche Brse AG and the KfW would like to invite you to the German Equity Forum in Frankfurt on
13 November 2013. As a key sponsor of the event, Edison has been given asked to broaden the range of
companies beyond the domestic market to include pan-European companies. This will be an excellent
opportunity for you to meet the top tier of German-based investors in a time efficient manner. There are only
15 slots available, so please let us know if you would like to attend.

The German Equity Forum is Europes largest investor conference, with more than 1,000 investors in pan-
European equities and corporate bonds expected to attend. This is an exceptional opportunity to access
investors in Europes largest economy.

Participants have the option of combining a 40 minute group presentation and Q&A with a day of private
meetings with potential investors. We have secured slots for leading European, but non-German, companies
interested in meeting new investors. Investor meetings range from institutions to private banks and specialist
investors, and the Edison Investor Access Team will work closely with you to ensure investor meetings of the
highest quality. Reference companies include some of the DAXs largest German technology and industrials
companies such as Continental, Software AG and NASDAQ-listed Rofin-Sinar.
