Ethics is a practice of deciding what is right or wrong in a
reasoned, impartial manner. These decisions must affect you or
others in a significant way in order to be classified as an ethical
dilemma. Everyone has a different perspective of what ethical
behavior and many times the ethical choice may be very difficult.
Businesses face ethical dilemmas every day. They range from,
but are not limited to, the fair treatment of employees, the way
products are manufactured, and the way money is handled
within an organization.

U.S. Constitution: document that consists of seven articles that
provide a workable framework for our federal government.
Bill of Rights: first 10 amendments to the U.S. Constitution
Amendment: change or alteration to a current piece of the
constitution, can also be an addition to
Citizenship: the status of being a citizen of a particular place and
the qualities that a person is expected to have as a responsible
member of that community
Magna Carta: protected citizens against the abuse of power by
the central government
Articles of Confederation: a loose form charter for common
government adopted by the 13 colonies prior to the constitution.
Declaration of Independence: document drafted by
representatives of the 13 original colonies that asserts the rights
desired by the colonists.
Magna Carta helped draft Articles of Confederation, when we
Declared Independence from England. The Articles of
Confederation came before Constitution which consists of 27
amendments of which the first 10 are the bill of rights that are
guaranteed to those who maintain citizenship in the US.
