Ucchishtha Ganesh Sadhna

Uchishtha Ganesh Sadhna is often called as the Quintessence of all Ganesha Mantra
s. We can pray to the Auspicious deity any time, no particular Lunar day or propi
tious time is needed. Rishi Munis (sages) had written in many Ganesh Scriptures,
that Ganeshas worship is to be done while eating fruits or his favorite modaks (
laddoos). To gain Siddhi (prosperity) or desired results from this mantra Japa,
one should at least chant these 16,000 times.

Meaning:
The moorti (idol) Ganesha who supports everyone, who adorns red colored clothes
and who sits on the red colored Padam (Lotus). He has four hands and has a gigan
tic structure, has one tusk and on it has an exceptionally pretty smile. His one
hand holds a tusk, other hand holds a Pusan (noose), one hand holds a jatamanda
la (kamandalu or a brass like pot containing holy water) and the last hand is in
the position of giving boon to his devotees. On his forehead are the chandrarek
ha (lines drawn by the moon) and these lines adorn his face.
Mantra (Sacred Verses):
1. Om Hasthi Pishachi Likhe Swaha

Note: One of these mantras should be used for recitation. One can continue in th
e same way till 16,000 Japs.

Mantra :"Om aim hrim klim kalike sarvan mam vashyam
Kuru, kuru sarvan kaman main sadhya sadhya swaha."
Procedure : On any eclipse, start reciting this mantra. Recite it for 10,000 tim
es in the minimum time.
After that the mantra becomes fully powerfully.
