The Development of a Simple Spectrophotometer, Auburn, AL Oct. Dec. 2015


Key Team Member
Coordinated with team members to make a spectrophotometer to detect the spectrum of saline with different
concentrations of NaCI solutions.
Built a Spectrophotometer with living goods. The Spectrophotometer was composed of light source, silt and
spectrum detector. A box offered a dark environment for the Spectrophotometer.
Wrote Matlab programs to identify the concentration of NaCI solution through analyzing the spectrum.

Built a data dictionary with features like Sort, Company and Use Condition
Collected positions on data using Geo7X GPS receiver and created the map on ArcMap.

Designed the parcel with a put- in/ drop- off for rafters and kayakers and recreational facilities, such as trails, picnic
area and outdoors learning facilities using ArcMap and Wetland within the Miracle Road Project Site.
Mapped proposed development with Buffer Zones, Soils Types on Miracle Road Project Site, Floodplains.
