JOB DESCRIPTION
The Administrative Officer II shall assist the Accountant III on the overall review and
evaluation of the soundness, adequacy and application of accounting and other operating
controls. He/she is also responsible in the preparation of all disbursement, liquidation and
accounting reports.
1. Review and evaluate the soundness, adequacy and application of accounting and
other operating controls.
6. Review and initial disbursement vouchers, trial balance, and/or financial statements
7. Perform other tasks as may be assigned by immediate supervisor, Division Chief,
Deputy Executive Director and Executive Director.

2. Comprehensive resume with job description and 2x2 ID picture and duly
accomplished CSC Form 212 Personal Data Sheet
4. Certificate or relevant training and seminars attended (to be submitted upon the
scheduled exam and interview)
