Project Problem
Prepare a detailed project report for the maintenance of Civil Engg. Block situated
in Polytechnic Campus.

The Project Report should include the following civil work-

1. Patch Repairing of walls and floor
2. Replacement Glass, Panel in door and window
3. White washing of room, corridor entrance hall etc.
4. Cement, Paints of each outer faces or Building
5. Replacement of unserviceable water supply and sanitary fitting.
6. Painting are door and window terrace repairing of roof.
7. Project Report should also include details specification of plaster work, cement
concrete, painting and sanitary fitting.
8. Line plan of building of each story with room corridor, entrance hall etc.
9. Front and side elevation of Building
10. Drawing of terrace plan also prepare the abstract of cost of the project on the
bases or prevelling S.O.R.
11. If any item not covered is S.O.R. calculate the rate at that item by analysis of rate.
