to replace words as needed. She reviewed the Worlds of Wonder. She has reviewed this story all week,
based on museums. She reviewed facts (proven) and opinions (my opinion). She had the students read
aloud today. She showed the story on the Smart Board.

completed an Easter worksheet. She covered a science worksheet packet next. Students had to read and
take their time on the worksheets/assignments.

individual students as needed. The students checked their work in the puzzle part of the worksheet.

Reflection from Candidate

Observation 1 - Reading went well today. The students are doing better reading aloud. They seem to
understand fact and opinion. This class struggles with behaving.
Observation 2 - I started a new system. It is a cotton ball system. I place a cotton ball in the jar for poor
behavior. The students have responded well to this system. Some students rush on their work and make
errors often. We are having our Easter party this afternoon.
Observation 3 - They struggle with comprehension questions. They also dont care. It is hard to teach
this concept.
